The headland on which the house stands extends far into the Baltic Sea. Only a few vacation homes were allowed to be built here in this fantastic panoramic location in the OstseeResort Olpenitz, including this semi-detached house in half-timbered style. The interior is modern and cozy: the living room with luxurious large kitchen, cozy fireplace and high-quality sofa landscape was deliberately kept open, so that sun and light can flood the whole house.

So that you can also really enjoy the unique panoramic view of the mouth of the Schleim, the Baltic Sea and the sports boat harbor, the semi-detached house is equipped with a beautiful wooden terrace directly on the water. On the upper floor there are again fascinating perspectives from the balcony. The property is well suited for two couples, because each bedroom on the upper floor has its own bathroom.

Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The rental price is already calculated based on this construction situation; further discounts are excluded. ***

The Baltic Sea is not officially open for swimming directly in front of the house due to the current conditions. Approx. 300 m from the house a small bathing bay was filled up. Please also note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.

Please note: the bedspreads in the house have the special size 155x200 cm.
