"In an idyllic, protected natural landscape, just a stone's throw from the coast, this spacious apartment complex with different types of houses available for a successful holiday. Whether active in sports, interested in culture or just to relax from a hectic day: Here you are exactly right. This location is a modern three-room apartment. From the beautifully furnished living room you have access to the balcony, and the bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need during the holidays for convenient self-sufficiency. A storage room for luggage and other items is also available. The food in the shared areas of the complex include u. a. an outdoor sauna (for a fee) and a barbecue area. Use the prepared grill there or bring your own with (must be turned on only in this space provided zone). There is also a common room with washing machines and dryers for a fee, a table tennis room, a bicycle storage. Bicycles, e-bikes and carriage rides can be rented or booked through an outside vendor on site. If interested, please call our service office on Poel on. Anglers can use the fish cleaning place and a central refrigerators available in the basement, and for hunting enthusiasts are employable hunts for groups. In the complex is to the delight of children as a large playground. be rented chair / can cot (please specify when registering). This holiday is due to its location next to a golf course, not least for those who do not want to give up this turf on vacation. The slightly hilly, 18-hole golf course offers a wonderful view of the water. The sandy beach, you can enjoy two things: Either natural or landscaped beach with rentable beach chairs. The Baltic Sea invites at this point also for fishing and kite and windsurfing. The adjacent marina you can have your own boat for a fee on water and if necessary hire a berth. In a nearby surf, kite and sailing school Novasol customers get a discount. They are in 20 minutes in Wismar. This World Heritage city creates on outstanding way in combining the traditional and the modern and should be left as a destination not sidelined. There are very many leisure opportunities, such as the water park Wonnemar that Phantecknikum, a kart track, a cinema and many public playgrounds. In the old harbor you will find a variety of fishing boats that offer fish for sale, including the ability to harbor cruise, or set from here by ferry to the island of Poel. On the motorway is easily Rostock, Schwerin and Lübeck."

When do I receive directions to the apartment and key collection information?
Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.
Bed sizes / bedrooms
The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:
- A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
- A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.
A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.
Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
Please note that bedrooms in holiday rentals are usually not that large; you should refer to the floor plan to get a sense of size.
