Enjoy a great holiday in this spacious apartment complex with different types of houses that await you in an idyllic, protected natural environment, just a stone's throw away from the coast. If you are looking for sports activities or interesting cultural experiences or just wish to relax from a hectic day-to-day life, then you are at the right place! You will holiday here in a modern two-room apartment. A partially covered terrace and the kitchen are adjacent to the beautifully furnished living room. The bright kitchen is well equipped and offers everything required for a great holiday. A storage room for luggage and other items is also available. The shared areas of the holiday resort comprise an outdoor sauna (for a fee) and a barbecue zone. You can use either the already mounted barbecues or bring your own (used only in the space provided). The washing machines and dryers in a shared area can be used for a fee. A table tennis room and a bicycle cellar are also available. Bicycles, e-bikes and carriage rides can be rented or booked through an external provider on the spot. If interested, just send an email to poel@novasol.com with your booking number or call our service office at Poel. Anglers can utilise the fish cleaning place and a central freezer in the basement. For the hunting enthusiasts, hunts for groups can be arranged. Children will be delighted about a large play area on the property. Bread service is available. A cot / highchair can be hired (please mention at registration). Due to its location right next to a golf course, this resort is ideal for guests who do not want to miss the beautiful lawn game. The slightly hilly, 18-hole golf course offers a wonderful view of the water. The sandy beach offers double fun! Either enjoy on the natural beach or on a landscaped beach with rentable beach chairs. The Baltic Sea invites you for fishing, kiting and windsurfing. Your own boat can be used on the water (for a charge) in the adjacent marina, where if necessary a berth can also be hired. The NOVASOL customers enjoy a discount in a nearby surfing, kite flying and sailing school. Wismar is 20 minutes away. This World Heritage city that strikes a perfect balance between the ancient times and modern industries is definitely worth visiting. The city also offers many leisure opportunities, such as the Wonnemar Water Park, the Phan Technikum technology museum, a kart track, a theatre and numerous public playgrounds. In the old port, in addition to a variety of fishing boats that offer fish for sale, you can also enjoy the harbour tour or a ferry ride to the Island of Poel. Rostock, Schwerin and Lübeck can be reached easily on the freeway.

Directions and details on how to collect the keys will be emailed to you after you have paid for the booking in full. You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.

Please note that bedrooms in holiday rentals are usually not that large; you should refer to the floor plan to get a sense of size.

If you select any optional extras as part of your booking then you will need to confirm details with the local property manager after the booking has been fully paid. You will receive the property manager’s contact details (phone number and/or email address) after you have paid for the booking and you should contact him or her to confirm details. If you cannot get hold of the property manager then please contact the Clickstay support team for further assistance.

Please note: you do not need to contact the property manager about any compulsory extras such as final cleaning (i.e. cleaning upon departure).
