This beautiful apartment is furnished with high quality materials and offers luxury and relaxation in every season. The house is located just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches of Ruegen. One of the biggest landmark properties of Germany has been transformed into a true holiday paradise. The modern apartments with challenging design are set right on the 7 km long dreamlike beach Prorer Wiek, which offers an almost Caribbean flair with crystal clear water due to the nearby chalk cliffs. There are cafes, restaurants and small shops for daily needs along the beach promenade. Relax on your private balcony with a glass of wine and experience the fresh sea breeze or enjoy a cappuccino in the morning or a sundowner in the Prora Solitaire bar (in-house) after an eventful day on the beach. The apartment ensures that you experience immense pleasure and a feel-good atmosphere. The exclusive matching furniture stands for a way of life, harmony and elegance. Every piece of furniture and home accessory is carefully selected, and nothing has been left to chance here. A healthy indoor climate is ensured by the use of allergy-friendly materials. This classy penthouse suite is located on the fifth floor and is definitely a highlight of Prora Solitaire. Take pleasure in the best views of the pine forest and the turquoise water of the Baltic Sea from the apartment. The private terrace is roofed and is ideal to enjoy the sun to the fullest. Thanks to the large picturesque windows, the stunning view of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed from the living room and the bedroom too. The well-lit apartment is luxuriously furnished. The quality sofa bed can be converted into two beds in a few steps. On climbing the stairs to the private terrace, you get an all-round view of the island and the sea. Even the living area offers a panoramic view. Enjoy the sunlight on the high-quality lounge furniture and indulge in the impressive views from this lofty height. The highlight of the apartment is the outdoor hot tub on the covered terrace; enjoy the fantastic view while you relax in the warm, bubbling water. In front of the holiday homes in Prora Solitaire is a park-like garden with an outdoor swimming pool (from July 2016), a barbecue area, lounge areas and native flora and fauna. The garden is reserved exclusively for guests of Prora Solitaire; a small pine forest shields it from the beach and ensures privacy. The Prora Solitaire is a haven of peace for body, mind and soul at any time of the year! All the guests of Prora Solitaire (from September 2016) can use a large spa area, which can be reached from your apartment without having to leave the comfort of the house. A large indoor pool with a children's pool is available. A variety of saunas and relaxation areas, a gym with appropriate equipment and various massages and other treatments can also be booked at the reception. The car can be parked in our own parking garage for a fee, on the spot. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee in a separate room on the second floor. High chairs and beds can be availed for rent at the reception. Until Fall 2016, some inconvenience may be experienced due to the construction activities in the neighbouring buildings, as some parts of the property are still under construction or renovation. The outdoor and the wellness areas are not yet completed. A bakery, a cafe / bar and a pizzeria are already opened; more restaurants, bars and shops will be added in the year 2016.

This beautiful apartment is made from wood and was originally built in 1936 and refurbished in 2015. The agent has rated it as a five star property so it is one of their best apartments - tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is also good value for money. This apartment has use of a shared pool and beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also only 5km from Binz. It is set in a very convenient location, just 80 metres away from a sandy beach. There's also a restaurant only 150 metres away.

The apartment has free wireless internet. The apartment is well equipped: it has a refrigerator, microwave with oven, shared washing machine and dishwasher. The property has a shared sauna with jacuzzi included; it also has electric barbecue and some garden furniture outside.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. In some instances you may need to collect the keys from the property manager’s office or some other location which is not the actual property you have booked to stay in. Please note that the agent provides us with the GPS co-ordinates in the travel directions and we communicate these to you; you should contact the property manager if these are unclear.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
