Family friendly and comfortable service apartment in the green oasis of Bad Toelz. Old country furniture and antiques create in the lovingly furnished apartment for the best feel-good atmosphere. The utility rooms are available on request and at an additional cost. There you can use washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. For children, a playground in the garden with swings and slide is available. There are children running wheels and sleds. The children's room in the house is always accessible for free and offers various board games, arts and crafts items, dolls and stuffed animals, a puppet theater, table football, toy kitchen and shop. The in-house sauna is available upon request at an additional cost. A bathrobe is already included in the apartment equipment. A change of towels is free of charge carried out after three days, a change of bed linen as well as a change of table linen and tea towels is free of charge after seven days.  An individual gourmet breakfast or bread delivery service can be ordered on request for a fee. The landlord is "herbal hosts" in Tolz Country and offers a variety of special features from the region. are available at an additional cost and reservation herb breakfast, spa treatments with herbs and a guided herb walk with tasting. For a walk with stunning views over the city and the Alps Calvary invites. There are enthroned the Calvary Church and the Leonhardikapelle which is the goal of this traditional pilgrimage at the annual Leonhardifahrt. Interesting packages for body, mind and soul offered by the spa and tourism ministry. The current program are contained in your apartment. Everything about health and well-being can be experienced at the nearby spa in the new Vital Center. Then recharge your batteries at one of the selected vital points at special places in the city. Start right outside the front door to varied hiking in our beautiful natural landscape of the Isar angle. Weekly free guided hiking tour for all ages. The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
