This apartment is very well located, in front of the beach, 20 minutes walk from the port, and 10 minutes from the center of Saint Cyprien beach. the apartment is fantastically located. Cross the street and you are on the beach. also restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. cycle paths in the area, good cycling. apartment needs refurbishment. hobs start to rust, bathroom can be partly renewed and the furniture in the living room is also in need of renewal.
