The vacation spot was not easy to find. The accommodation is beautiful and the surroundings also. The weather also helps.
Beautiful castle in a beautiful location. Caretaker.
What a great place !! We stayed one week in La Chapelle, a very special experience to stay in a real castle and to have (more than) desirable comfort. Everything was clean, there was coffee, wine and water ready, the apartment was more than fully equipped (also in the kitchen almost everything was present). In addition, the Dutch administrator was always in the area if you had a question. Both in the immediate area and further afield there are many beautiful villages, cities and places of interest, we could have enjoyed a second week! Definitely recommended !!!
Great location, unusual accommodation, characterful chateau.
beautiful location, very well maintained castle or the real castle feeling
Week tour in a beautiful and inspiring environment.
I am with my mother and daughter of one year has been a weekend here. We had very good weather, which made it a great weekend. You get hit by a driveway to the castle, the first time really fantastic! There were virtually no other guests so we had a private castle and pool to ourselves. If it's not good weather, the apartment is very dark and not pleasant to sit inside.
The apartment has been fully refurbished and painted. Very tasteful and charming. The windows are high and the space can be somewhat small, but what an atmosphere. A week in a real chapel of a castle, with Mary above the door and a holy water font beside it. The service was really great, down to the smallest detail. Sir Frank Castle we have experienced as a very good host with lots of knowledge about (among others) the environment, we could really lose any questions at him. The surroundings are beautiful, the beautiful Lac du Bourget for sailing, swimming and water skiing, steep and less steep trails (hiking map and hiking book is ready on arrival), the Rhône where you delicious about canoeing, for the daredevils parasailing. And for the less experienced skiers the many wineries where you can sample to your heart's content. We really enjoyed it here.
We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in La Chapelle. The chapel met our expectations, it was clean, beautifully located and adequate space.
We really enjoyed staying in La Chapelle at the Chateau Lapeyrouse. The
It is a special experience was provided in a castle to castle stay. The modern keukengemakken.Prettig that the lord was a Dutchman. The reception on arrival was very cordial.
We as a couple had a great holiday in this beautiful château owned and operated by the Dutch. Lots of space in a "classical" building with all modern conveniences. Nice trips to places in the area, good area for hiking and (water) sport.
Great location with friendly manager. Good beds and everything was very neat and clean.
We had a wonderful holiday, the chateau is beautiful, located in a beautiful area and we were very well looked after by the Dutch manager with tips ed., We have done a lot of activities, visit Seyssel on a Segway ride on Lake Annecy, caves visited and went to Chamonix and Mont Blanc mountains visited by train to Mer de Glace, a canoe trip on the Rhone done and dangers with a motor boat on Lake Annecy, Mount Grand Columbier hiked short, you can get good entertain and when they return the children appeared fine in the pool. Only downside would be that the Carrefour (supermarket) is 10 km away, but if you visit supermarket implanting your trips is fine to do so. A real loss in our opinion was the absence of a freezer in our apartment (perhaps still available in other apartments)
This castle is not suitable for small children to go. Little to do for the children. No play.
Had a great week with our children aged 10 and 7 years. A beautiful and charming castle with nice garden around it. Lovely pool. Not very big, but fine to cool off and play. La Chapelle has a very high ceiling in the living room, creating a very special atmosphere and spacious. Truly a special location that we will certainly recommend to others.
beautiful location, perfectly located opposite the Colombier. Beautiful excursions, including trips to Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains, Lac du Bourget, etc Prima receipt by administrator.
Upon arrival the manager Frank was present, we felt right at home. What a wonderful stay, and do not forget the garden and courtyard, the pool was also lovely to. R nThe area, you can look beautiful walk, and do day trips by car. We have had two wonderful weeks.
The castle is very pretty. La Chapelle has its own charm. Seems unusual that one has no window at eye level, ie you can never see out properly. Cleanliness is tight enough. Too bad that the many children occupy the pool from early morning until late evening. At restful relaxation around the castle is not thinking there.
The town of Annecy is approximately 45 minutes and is recommended. Aix-les-Bains, we found very disappointing, but we have only been in the center and not at the port. Moreover, it was bad weather. If you like good food, there are many good options nearby. The nice thing about France is that you're there (Michelin) starred lunch at a fraction of the price of a dinner, usually around 30 euros for 3 courses. For example, Le Belvédère or La Ciboulette in Annecy, Les Morainières or in Jongieux.
Very well equipped apartment. Excellent service by the manager on site. Great location with central starting point to explore the area to erkunden.S honest quiet and romantisch.Der pool does not authentically through the fencing to the castle. Much is not yet finished. Construction work at the castle.
Our stay at La Chapelle was special. You feel like for a short time lord and lady in a beautiful and well restored castle. A spacious accommodation with a pleasant temperature in particular by the thick walls. In the morning take some fresh, but the morning sun on the terrace with a beautiful view of the surroundings make everything right. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary facilities, the bathroom is very spacious, clean, modern and clean. In particular, the large shower was very nice. Sleeping in the basement area of u200bu200bthe canopy is particularly designed for smaller children, since the ceiling for adults to lay low altitude. The accommodation is in our opinion suitable for a family (two) children. The castle is a little higher than the village, so it is nice and quiet, you can enjoy the peace and the chirping of the birds in the morning. "At night is dark really dark, delicious! The garage next to the castle park, perfect. A laundry can do, here we have also made use of. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful week in a beautiful castle with beautiful views. Truly a dream place when you see it. Lovely walks in the hills in the immediate vicinity. Really a must.
Our observations appear to us only as information for the site and stay there were really very nice, we go back and think conseiller.Si this site is accessible to the French, perhaps it should display in English or French various modes of "use appareils.Le calm and courtesy of British holidaymakers, Belgian and Dutch agréables.Bien we were also very welcome, having to report a problem with the washing machine, we enjoyed the availability and timeliness of response to our problème.Espérant your news for our next vacation, please accept our sincere salutations.Patrice and Frédérique BASNIER
The good weather gave us a wonderful week at the lake. Unfortunately, the evening is going on nothing, what our two teenage girls without the TV with German channels also hardly could be endured. ;-) The chapel in which we have lived, is indeed very impressive at first glance, but the high windows ermölichen no view to the outside, in the bedroom is no window and everything is very noisy. If the neighbors run up only over their wooden floor you can hear it loud squeak below. Man should therefore be prepared for. Outside in the courtyard is the inhabitants of the chapel a seating area with a table made of metal (very inconvenient because without conditions) are available. Designed the yard with gravel, which reflects the heat in the summer and makes a stay in the yard, which still must call his own to not a single flower, impossible. For living and sleeping it is ok, the day we have not even spent on the castle. The pool is closed off, which I think is great because it offers a safe protection for toddlers. A no playground would have been nice too. The lady of the Turistmusbüros in the next village is very friendly and has called us nice swimming on the lake.
The description of the castle and apartment on the site right helemaal.La Capelle is a beautiful apartment, the windows are very high so you can not see out, but unfortunately it is also a chapel. The bathroom is excellent as is the keuken.Minpunt the chairs and sofa in the living room are to be replaced. It is nice to stay in La peyrousse, you can enjoy the pool and garden and beautiful surroundings. Tip a visit to the Mont Blanc is very much true! We will definitely castle in people aanbevelen.Fam of Roekel Mierlo-wood
