Thanks to the indoor heated pool (heated in summer only) of this architect designed house, you will enjoy swimming whatever the weather. It opens onto a lovely garden with exotic tunes, complete with a small pool and a trampoline. The spacious interior is functional, offering a large lounge, a kitchen and a dining room opening onto a covered terrace and an ensuite bedroom. Upstairs, a mezzanine owns 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a solarium. This vacation rental is located south of the Isere, in the plain of the Bièvre, at the doors of the Vercors and Chartreuse where you will enjoy lovely walks. You can discover the local products such as the nuts and the History lovers will enjoy the many cultural and historical sites. You will be 25 km from the turquoise waters of Lake Paladru (swimming, water sports and also archaeological sites), and the charming town of Voiron with its medieval ruins, its lively markets and its festive events. Further south, the beautiful sites of Royans : the gorges de la Bourne, the Aqueduct of St Nazaire, the prehistoric cave of Thais, the medieval villages of St Jean and Pont en Royans. You can also go on a boat cruise on the Isère. 5 bicycles are normally on the spot( the number can not be guaranteed)
