The structure is well kept, in a good position. Good cleaning, a bit 'inconvenient the procedure for collection and delivery of keys.

We enjoyed the calm of the neighborhood while being close to the center of St Cyr, charming small town. The house is well equipped and very nice with a large semi-shaded terrace. Very nice too, the parking space in front of the house!

The house is very nice, close to the old town center, the price-performance ratio is in my opinion, however, insufficient. The house has come down a bit and not very well maintained. In some places in the bathroom provisionally taped with tape. Also, the house was only superficially cleaned on acquisition. Everywhere old cobwebs and dust. At the estimated price level, you can expect really different
