Lovely spacious house, clean and tidy. Fantastic view through mountain location making a car absolutely necessary. Access by means of a narrow driveway and for an above average car, the parking space is tight.

House on a hill with beautiful views of Nice. Watch it there with lots of turns! House is somewhat dated in terms of decor, but comfortable. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower (here is also the washer / dryer), separate toilet, living room with open kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs and oven and a separate microwave, large fridge with freezer and large balcony for the living room with electric barbecue. Downstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds and another pull out bed for a 3rd person (note the very small clothes closet barely open because of the electric heater next to it!), 1 with 2 bed, bathroom with toilet and bath and shower above . However, it can not be attached to the wall! For both rooms is the 2nd balcony with the possibility to walk further into the garden. The garden is not really suitable to sit in, is on several plateaus with various olive trees, citrus tree and other plants. The entrance to the front door is quite narrow with a few steps down, not really suitable for the elderly or people who have difficulty walking. The house is with a few other houses on a private property, parking place in front of the door. Within walking distance is a truck that sells fresh pizzas 6 times a week, a must. For other groceries there are several large supermarkets down the mountain. Open Wifi available in the house, so renting a box via Interhome is NOT necessary!
