This beautiful vacation home with private pool is a large Cevennes farmhouse in the pretty medieval village of Saint-Ambroix between Gard and Ardèche.

The farmhouse is peacefully located and undisturbed in a quiet residential area near stores on the outskirts of town. This magnificent farmhouse can comfortably accommodate 23 people with its 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 9 toilets.

A beautiful pool awaits you and the pool house has an outdoor shower. The large wooded and fenced garden is perfect for welcoming children and your four-legged friends. A pétanque court, swings and two terraces ensure a relaxing stay.

The paved terrace on the first floor, south side, with an area of 150 m², is decorated with large flower pots and has 2 lounges for 8 and 14 people respectively. Also a shaded dining area with tables and twenty seats and a separate children's table with 6 to 8 seats. The summer kitchen is covered with a translucent roof and can be lit for cooking at night. It has a large countertop and is equipped with a griddle, 2 grills and a gas stove for paella.

The first floor houses a 45 m² room with an American pool table and a lounge area with seating for 7 people. It is equipped with an amplifier and high-fidelity speakers.

The magnificent gorges of the Ardèche are only 25 km away and are an ideal destination for walks and water sports activities. Bargain hunters will appreciate Barjac and its flea markets. Treat yourself to a spa day at the Fumades Thermal Spa or a gambling bet at the casino. Visit Vallon Pont d'Arc, a pretty and lively village where, among other things, you can discover the famous Chauvet Cave. Also worth seeing is the very pretty medieval town of Uzès.
