This small vacation home attached to the owner's home is located a stone's throw from the small port of Goas Vilinic, as well as close to the beautiful small town of Pontrieux, where a number of exciting events take place, such as the Fête des Lavoirs, which focuses on traditions from times gone by, concerts with light shows at the marina, as well as an old farmers' market in the summer months. One of the two bridges over the river is located in the middle of the village.
