Beautiful vacation home in a quiet location with fenced private pool in Prades-sur-Verzanobres (Hérault), just 40 minutes from the famous sandy beaches of Valras. From the veranda you have a beautiful view of the pool, so you can comfortably supervise your children. Here you live in the open air! Nice barbecues in the garden and the southern French gentle way of life in the middle of a beautiful flower garden! Here our little ones can let off steam.
This photovoltaic equipped vacation home in the Hérault is a good starting point for interesting excursions in the Languedoc: Prades-sur-Verzanobres, a small village, is just 5 km from St. Chinian . There is a charming market on Sunday morning. It is 30 minutes to Béziers and about 45 minutes to the beach. In the pretty villages of Roquebrun (15 minutes by car) and Cessenon-sur-Orb (10 minutes by car) there are several beaches along the river Orb.
In this region the country wines are very popular. You can find local producers right on the spot in the magnificent vineyards. Why not try the different nuances of the AOC St. Chinian! In a landscape of garrigue with Mediterranean bushes, overgrown meadows (thyme, rosemary, lavender), with Aleppo pines and chestnut trees, the vineyards stretch along the river that runs through the village. It is only a few kilometers from the Canal du Midi and the beaches of the Mediterranean.
Within a radius of about 35 km, numerous activities await the youngest: a water park, various beaches, a mini-farm, horses and donkeys for riding, a bicycle rental, an amusement park, an animal park, an aquarium and much more.
The traditional festival of the place with orchestra and mobile disco is a cheerful evening with dancing, food and drink, where some noise may occur. This festival is held on the 3rd weekend of July and the last weekend of August to end the season!
