top-end holiday apartment
Periscope is a top-end holiday apartment located on the 18th floor of a serviced residence with swimming-pool, solarium and Eiffel Tower views over Paris from a spacious private terrace.
The building’s posh marble entrance area will lead you up to the concierge desk where you can always get assistance if need be.
You can benefit from a private parking space in the basement of the building for an extra 8 euros per night. This is a real asset in Paris.
Once you reach the 18th floor by one of the elevators at your disposal, you’ll be stunned by an open view over Paris through the glass-walls of the apartment which lead onto your private terrace.
In this inspiring environment you may want to relax and have a glass of wine or simply sit down at the piano and compose a song in celebration of your Paris vacation.
Should you still be a bit jet-lagged you may want to rest in the bedroom where you can watch the skyline from your king sized bed. Every room gives on the inviting terrace.
The living-room features another double-bed hidden in the wall. Ideally this Paris apartment is for 2-4 persons, but you can additionally sleep a child or an occasional guest on a spare-bed at your disposal in the bedroom.
The piano is an upscale Yamaha that professionals will appreciate for its sound quality and the possibility to play all night long in silence with excellent headphones.
It goes without saying that this holiday apartment is perfectly equipped with a gourmet kitchen and a washing machine.
From the terrace as well as from the swimming pool or the solarium you have open views over the City of Paris with the Eiffel Tower’s sparkling glitter every full hour for 10 minutes, the Pantheon lit up on its little hill, and Montmartre on its bigger Hill at the other side of the City.
The environment of this vacation apartment is very convenient, a major Supermarket is located on the ground-floor of the building, a full-blown shopping mall just steps away. But you can also discover singular places around the corner, the picturesque quarter of ‘La Buttes aux Cailles’ with its quaint little alleys and restaurants or -at the opposite end, but just as close-by - China Town, an unforgettable experience in the midst of Paris. All other major sights are just a few metro stops away.
This really exceptional apartment is available for short term rental, but can – on demand – also be rented out on a monthly basis.
It might be a perfect choice for a Paris honeymoon.
This apartment was great for us. Proximity to metro, supermarket next door and outdoor market on Thursday and Saturday. Great views of the city from the balcony. I would rent again.

We were greeted on our arrival by the property manager who was extremely helpful walking us through the features of the apartment. Full length balconly is accessable from bedroom, living area and kitchen. Spectacular view of Paris including the Eifel tower. Monoprix supermarket on the main floor of the building very convenient, also street market right outside the door every Sunday and Thursday. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, although there were handles missing on some of the cookware which required handling with oven mits. Short walk to the metro which is on a direct line to the Louvre. Area itself is not as characteristic as most other Paris neighborhoods but still has good selec tion of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and the Place dItalie complex is only a 10-minute walk. We found the furnishings in the living/dining area could have been a little more comfortable, a coffee table or footstool would have added to our relaxation, but the clothes washer was a definate bonus. The owner himself was extremely accomodating when we had a minor emergency on our last day, and extended our checkout time so we could visit a hosptal. Very good value and a good way to experience Paris for a week.

Our family of five (three teenagers) enjoyed the convenience of this clean, well-equipped apartment close to 2 metro stations and a short drive from Orly. Very easy to get around, and a velo bike station very close as well. The kids really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after walking around all day enjoying the sights, and having the supermarket downstairs was fantastic for picking up food and supplies. The terrace was lovely for breakfasts and evening relaxation. The washing machine was also handy, and the neighbours were very pleasant, though there seemed to be many smokers and we noticed some smell associated with this in the building, particularly if we slept with the windows open at night. Overall, though, this was a terrific well-equipped apartment, and we would stay here again.. Good Value for the money, and the amenities of the apartment enabled a comfortable quality of life while visiting.

The location was absolutely amazing- it sold me on booking in this area again. Close to metro(s), groceries, shops, Chinatown.....
I would recommend this apartment. It was well equipped, clean, safe, and as advertised. My only concern was the noise from the street. Even 18 floors up, at times it was noisy enough to keep me awake. We were lucky that it was winter so we usually had the windows closed but if youre sensitive to noise, bring earplugs and enjoy a great place in the 13th. Really enjoyed it.

My sister and I stayed in this flat in early June and loved it. The location was perfect - close to the metro, grocery store, market, various other shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was the view, especially at night. It is awesome! The flat itself was spacious and comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen, washer, and a fabulous balcony where we could enjoy our meals while looking at the view of the city. We would definitely stay there again.
