A beautiful 85 m2, three bedroom apartment on the Promenade des Anglais over looking the Med in the centre of Nice. Its the perfect holiday home and the ideal location for enjoying a sundowner on the balcony whilst watching the vibrant activity on the Promenade below.
With 3 double bedrooms, you can go on holiday together enjoying the terrace with stunning views of the bay!!
The apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais with an uninterrupted view over the Bay of Angels with all its changing colours. Just a short way from the centre of town and the old town of Nice and of course 50 metres from the beach. The famous Negresco Hotel is a 10 minutes walk. There are bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment and the airport is just 10 mins away by bus or car. This really is the perfect location for enjoying the sites of Nice and the Riviera with Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes all a short drive away.
The bright and spacious living area opens out onto a large balcony with stunning views of the Bay of Angels and the beach below. There is comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs for 6 people plus tv, dvd and selection of dvds and stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen is just next door. There is free WiFi internet access.
The three double bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment looking out onto a quiet, private residential area. The third bedroom has a large sofabed as the room is narrower. The bedrooms are fully equipped with modern furnishings and share two bathrooms. The three bedrooms open out onto a small balcony.
The private underground garage has the following dimensions: width 249 cm x length 677 cm, but we recommend only a small car as the access in is difficult and because of the dimensions of the gate: width 210 cm x height 185 cm.

The property is in a really good location with a great view of the sea front. We found excellent links to public transport almost outside the door. The surrounding area has everything you need within walking distance.
The apartment is spacious and has two good double rooms but the third bedroom has a sofa bed and is less comfortable. On the negative side the property is less than luxurious, the furniture has seen better days and the whole apartment could do with refurbishment. We found the crockery and cutlery needed to be washed before it could be used. The towels supplied are small and have seen better days, you may want to consider bringing your own. Whilst I would use this property again it would not be in the next two years, there is significant construction work going on to install a tram network which is right outside the property causing significant noise from early in the morning until around 5pm. This work is scheduled to last approximately two years. Check in and check out went smoothly.
We enjoyed our time in Nice very much. The apartment was alright and the service (meet and greet etc.) of Laure Merlot was very kind and friendly. Thank you very much!
the location of this apartment is great, however, the kitchen cooking and plate need to be change because there are spots on them that I can not clean because of its age.
there are not air condition in bedroom, since nice can be hot during summer.
garage for small cars with difficult to park in space provided by the owner; my car is 7-seater and impossible to park it. three bedroom apartment should provide park space with at least 7-seater car.
I love the apartment , but I can not come again and recommend it to others because mainly of car space problem.
Really nice property. It was ideal for our stay for Ironman Nice. It's exactly on the sea front and balcony view is amazing. Check in and check out couldn't be easier. The only drawback to me is the fact that it is over a main road with two lanes of busy traffic which can be noisy for the light sleepers. The apartment does offer a good patio door to minimise this. Really enjoyed the stay.
The area is fantastic ! Shops, restaurants, bus stations are nearby and the view from the balcony is magnificent.
The only minus is the cleaning ! This apartment needs a thorough clean-up , something like a spring-clean !
This apartment is absolutely great , but what a pity the cleaning is not enough !
In spite of this I'll recommend it to my friends and I would like to come again, too.
