Beautiful 1 kingsize bedroom contempory apartment in a lovely Belle Epoque Building in central Nice, 400m to beach, 200m shops & restaurants
The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped. The lounge opens up to french windows (double glazed) onto a balconette overlooking the church on the square. The dining area seats 4. The flat screen TV has the option for either Sky basic English channels or Orange French TV included movies. There is also free unlimited WIFI. The sofabed easily pulls out to add a double bed or there is a portable cot for babies.
The bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and french window. The shower room has all contemporary fixtures and fittings. The apartment has air conditioning which also converts to heating.
Whilst there are restaurants galore on your doorstep, its always great to buy the local produce and cook at home. The apartment has everything you need for you to cook with a fully fitted kitchen including dish washer.
The apartment is in one of the safest in Nice and close to walk to everything. In the beautiful Carre'dor with lovely buildings and bars , restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The promenade des anglais and beach is 400m away - where there are private and public beaches. Car hire companies are available at the end of the road, however a car is not essential. If you do wish to see the surrounding areas you can hop on and off the local buses or tram for only 1.5 euro!
