This great vacation accommodation in Vaucluse in Provence has a private pool and is situated on an enclosed garden plot. The delightful stone house stands in the wooded hills of the charming village of Mornas or 15 km from Orange with its lofty eleventh century fortress. The charming property enjoys a quiet location and, in addition to the swimming pool, has a summer kitchen, several terraces and a pleasantly shaded boules court. Inside, you can expect six air-conditioned bedrooms, four bathrooms, one of them en suite in bedroom 6, two living rooms with fireplaces, and a large kitchen. For diversion, there is a table football game, and three children's and four adult bicycles can be provided on request. Orange is famous for its Roman theater and a three-arched Roman monumental gate, and the winemaking villages along the Côtes-du-Rhône wine route, such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, and Beaumes-de-Venise, are also worth a visit. Within less than an hour, the unique Camargue with its free-roaming herds of bulls and horses, the gorges of the Ardèche, Mont Ventoux, the Drôme des Collines and the Luberon with many delightful mountain villages await you. The Dentelles de Montmirail with their bizarrely shaped ridges are a paradise for hiking and climbing fans. If you want to take a city tour and are interested in architecture, Avignon, Nîmes, Apt, Carpentras and Uzès are all good places to visit. Activity options include river fishing and excursions on foot, by bike, on horseback or in a canoe, and there is a ropes course nearby. In Pont-Saint-Esprit and Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes you can stroll through a cozy market.
