The surroundings are beautiful with rivers, sunflower fields and forests. Tournon-d'Agenais (9 km), Lauzerte (12km), Beauville (16 km) and Penne-d'Agenais (20 km) are nearby to explore . Agen (40 km) with its Pont Canal is also worth a visit. Kids will love a trip to Walibi. Montaigu-de-Quercy (3km) has several bakery, grocery stores and restaurants. You can also enjoy the lake, beach, slides and pedalos here. Tennis court is at 3 km . Restaurants and supermarket are 3 km away.
The 2 terraces, garden furniture and barbecue are perfect for the evenings. There is a TV in the living room and a wood stove for warmth. Parking is also available.

beautiful villa located in a beautiful and quiet area. all comfort and facilities. given the warm temperatures, air conditioning in the room would be recommended.
A spacious house with the swimming pool nearby. Super good beds. In the kitchen is really everything. Swimming pool is not with chlorine but with salt which is pleasant. Super nice and well maintained house with swimming pool. This for someone who wants to relax - what we intended. Everything one needs is present (even a kitchen robot!) Warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine ... The only bit of a draw is that there is not much to do / see in the immediate vicinity. As far as the dogs mentioned here are concerned were - those who bark a lot - we heard them well, but we had no problem with that. In summary super house for those who seek peace and quiet! We are going back!
We arrived very good, the house super but the pool too cold, it was not heated even cold, and the environment super good, very quiet
Receive a very nice welcome by a very kind lady. The villa itself was also superbly equipped with everything you could think of. In the area itself was not very much to see, the typical French villages. But you do not need it anymore than the sun and the swimming pool. The hygiene in the house could be a bit better, there was some dust.
Beautiful villa with everything on it.Good location, not far from a cozy village where bakery, supermarket, tourist office is located, as well as a beach for fishing, water sports.
Friendly and smooth reception. Both inside and outside are expected. Beautiful area for walks.
It was a warm welcome. The villa was what they had promised us.
We were welcomed by the French lady on the spot. She showed clear everything and put it e.e.a. out. Manuals etc. were also present in dutch. The house is located near several other homes, some permanent residents and some holiday homes. There is plenty of privacy, despite a main road runs along the plot. The site is fenced all around, you do your kids or dog does not continuously monitor. On-site parking, behind a double gate. The pool is lovely. The village with supermarket is 5 min. Drive, close enough to see and do when you may need help.

Lovely house, great garden, beautiful pool. Top. Garden completely fenced. Our Malinois had the vacation of his life.
Fantastic house. Everything is there. Fully equipped. Lovely pool. Setting lovely. All right. One downside: the barking dogs of neighbors / whine from 05:00 am. During the day they have been silent.
The house was beautiful, the garden terrace and pool great! knocked everything. Good equipment of the house, everything was there. Chapeau Lowcost!
