This spacious holiday home with indoor swimming pool is fantastically positioned just 250 metres from one of the most popular beaches in South Finistère. Nestled on a natural and protected plot, the beautiful holiday home offers wonderful, panoramic views of the ocean, the islands of Glénan and Groix and the Presqu'île de Raguénez. It boasts an inviting, counter-current swimming pool, which is heated all round round (to 28°C) and a Jacuzzi (heated to 36°C). This relaxation area opens onto a large games room with table football, billiards and a Hi-Fi. Upstairs, on the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with marble worktop, a spacious living area and a bedroom. The first floor includes four bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a terrace. The delightful mezzanine is a wonderful spot to relax or to play the piano whilst admiring the sea view. The holiday home is ideally located for guests wishing to visit the Pays de Lorient. You may wish to discover the Pointe du Raz (90km away) or one of the most beautiful villages in France, Locronan (60km). Alternatively, venture to Concarneau, which is 30km away, and discover the bustling harbour and Old Town. Please note, upon request the single beds in bedroom 4 and 5 can be made into doubles.

This solidly constructed modern villa was originally built in 2008 and refurbished in 2017. The agent has rated it as a five star property so it is one of their best villas - tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is also good value for money. This villa has a private pool and beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, only 17km from Quimperle. The nearest airport is only 32km away. It is set in a very convenient location, just 250 metres away from a sandy beach. There's also a restaurant 3km away.

The villa has free wireless internet. You can also park on-site at no extra charge. The villa is well equipped: it has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It also has a barbecue, a garden and some garden furniture outside.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.
