Beautiful 1 kingsize bedroom contempory apartment in a lovely Belle Epoque Building in central Nice. Great location 400m to beach, 200m shops & restaurants, walk to the old town and museums.
Great location for your holiday/stay in Nice - 400m to the beach/promenade des Anglais, 200m from the Pedestrian Zone, and 10 mins walk to the Old Town - surrounded by lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and museums. Opposite a lovely square and beautiful church. Its a lovely part of town allowing you to walk everywhere and quiet enough to sleep at night.
The apartment is on the first floor located by stairs or lift. The apartment opens up to an open plan kitchen and lounge. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for all you needs and includes, oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave etc. The dining area seats 4 and the lounge leads to French windows opening up onto a balconette and overlooking the church square. It has a sofa, which pulls out to a double sofa bed. Flat screen TV with the option of either SKY basic English channels, or Orange French TV including movies. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and unlimited free WIFI. A portable cot is also available.
The bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and french window leading onto the 2nd balconette. The shower room has all contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Fantastic location equidistant from train station, for taking local trips, and Old town and Mediterranean. View from 2nd level (american) was pleasant--church, garden, and children's park. There is heavy street traffic during the day but the new windows take care of that when you want quiet. We liked having the windows open and hearing birdsong and young voices from the playground during the day.
The apartment was roomy enough, had comfortable seating, and all the facilities we needed (including dishwasher and clothes washer) for a 2 week stay. Drying laundry on the clothes rack provided was really effective since the setting sun and long evenings (May) provided plenty of warmth in both the bedroom and living room windows.
Only suggestion: It's time to renew/upgrade the countertop in bathroom which would make keeping it clean/tidy easier.
We spent 5 days at the apartment in early May of 2015. The apartment is located in a residential district near to the Nice Train Station (Gare de Nice-Ville). Description of the property is correct and local property management provides good service for customers. We travelled by car so we arranged a parking spot in a private parking nearby.
This apartment is central and close to the beach. Its easy to walk to train station and shopping areas.
The key pickup at airport is straightforward and it was great to have so much info about everything before travelling.
Air conditioning is great. Really enjoyed staying here. Would return to this apartment
We loved this apartment from the minute we checked in! Everything was clean, well set out, it had UK Sky TV, and had every type of cooking appliance you would ever want or need, which was great for us as we love cooking. Perfect location and windows were sound proof so you could hear nothing from outside.
The owner was lovely and made sure we made it okay, also offered us an extra night free as the cleaners werent arriving till the morning.

An accellent apartment in Carre DOr. Three supermarkets in 200 m from the apartment. The nearest beach in 400 m. Many restaurants, shop and pedestrian zone very close to the apartment. The nearest bus stop to Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse in 300 m also you can use the train. The railway station is in 400 m. Very pleasant, helpful and hospital owner. It was my lovely vacation! And i will return without any doubt!
