Well located apartment just a lack of maintenance and updating. Non-existent bedding, a sofa bed of quality will be a real plus, a contemporary kitchen and not these out of age furniture and a bathroom upgrade is necessary to be in today's standards.

The apartment is dated and a bit shabby in condition. Curtains that hung loose for example. One boil did it, and not both at the same time. It is nice that it is on the slopes, and shops within walking distance.
