The apartment (50 m²) is located in an exclusive area that is 15 minutes walking to Chamonix center.
The closest cablecar (Flégère) can be reached in about 5 minutes taking a frequent free ski shuttle located 3 minutes walking from the apartment.
thedrus is composed of 1 bedroom, bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa-bed, a balcony with a view of the Mont-Blanc peaks. Free access to a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, climbing room and a well-equipped gym to relax after the day’s activities. Children will find lots of open green areas to play in as well as an indoor playground. The apartment is very quiet, newly furbished and with a stunning view of the mountains and the lake. The exquisite nordic decoration has been arranged by the same interior designer who decorated the Residence.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 2 rooms. There is a maximum of 3 separate beds available, configured as follows:
-Room 1: twin or double bed (according to your preferences). A bed for 0-3 years old baby can be arranged as well.
-Room 2: Convertible and comfortable double bed sofa
Kitchen-dining room
In the lounge, there's a TV with satellite channels. The dining table seats 5 comfortably, and the modern kitchen is well-equipped with 4-burner hotplate, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and a washing/drying machine.
Our apartment is located in one of the finest locations in Chamonix. The spacious common areas have been elegantly decorated and will make your stay unique.
The apartment is located in a Residence that is centrally located in the Chamonix valley in a quiet residential area known as Les Praz. Les Praz is one of the Chamonix valley’s most desirable neighbourhoods thanks to the stunning views of the Mont Blanc range and its easy access to the centre, surrounding ski stations, forests and the river.

This apartment is in a village near a lively area and mountains. It has a shared pool, a children pool area, a garage, outside lighting and a shared garden.
