This flat in Argentiere, was let down badly by the key collection and return system. The keys had to be collected from an office in Chamonix and returned there on leaving. In a reply to a criticism of this system Interholme said that this was to improve efficiency and allow a better service. However the office closed for lunch and did not re-oppen...
