So the location was great, the house and the tenants were really recommendable. Only the cleanliness of the apartment was something to complain about.

3 bedroom apartment rental in Île-de-France
July 2018

The apartment is very good for short stays. The kitchen is very well equipped. In the bedrooms unfortunately missing closets. The location is quiet but not so nice. All in all, the apartment is fine. Shopping possibilities are nearby. About the nearby bus and metro stations to reach the sights easily and conveniently in 30 minutes.

2 bedroom apartment to rent in Île-de-France
June 2018

We spent 2 weeks in this rental in June and greatly enjoyed our stay in this traditional apartment. PROS: excellent location near shops and transportation. The apartment has windows on all 4 sides for great ventilation in warmer weather. The 6th floor (7th for US) provides lots of light and views over roofs to the Observatory and farther. The linear floor plan is great for privacy. The separate dining-room is very convenient, the 2 bedrooms at the back are very quiet, it’s hard to believe the building is on a major avenue. Linens are provided by the management agency, they are professionally cleaned and hotel-quality. Very good extra shower in the back bedroom equipped with bars and seat for a person with disabilities. The place was spotless. CONS: small quibbles: a knife that actually cuts, a couple more large pans would be helpful. Small bars of soap and shampoo bottles would be appreciated on arrival, the only supplies provided are cleaning ones. Cupboards were totally bare, plan on buying all food supplies from salt on. The beds are VERY hard. After 2 weeks I developed some unpleasant back trouble. The front living-room with a trundle bed is noisy despite double glazed windows as it’s on the avenue. Bring earplugs, especially in summer months when it’s hot and the window is open. Tiny elevator, but it works well. One only has to plan on several trips to move suitcases up and down.

December 2015

Very happy with this one. Short walk to metro, (4minutes and walk) Uses 20 minutes and 1.8 Euro for and take the metro into the heart of Paris. Market just across the road, and quiet neighborhood.
