The house was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. It was convenient for the beach which was a few minutes walk and there were plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Only gripes were that the pool got very cloudy. It was supposed to be cleaned and we were told that he had been early in the morning. I don't think so. I reckon he said he did to get paid and didn't bother but that is, of course, my opinion! Secondly, with six of us all having showers late afternoon the water was stone cold out of the hot taps by 6 pm and stayed stone cold until the next morning. Only minor observations, it was an excellent holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very nice house, modern, well maintained, in a beautiful setting, on a fully enclosed and secure island with views of the harbor and our boat. Very practical rental with pontoon. Close to the port and shops on foot ... We almost did not take the car. Large garage, washing machine and dryer ... Garden with jacuzzi and barrier, not overlooked with neighbors. Super quiet place, except the evening with the Ile des Loisirs e face .. But we get used to it very well and it's really not insurmountable. Small flat: lack of dishes, dishes and cooking utensils. Several garden relaxers were broken and have not been replaced, same for the exterior door side lamp that does not work. On the other hand, the microwave that was not working was replaced within an hour by Interhome and the flush repaired the next day. The maintenance service for the Jacuzzi and the garden is perfect, and the attendants really competent and friendly. In short, to recommend, and we will come back!

pretty semi-detached villa in a secure complex, located in the port of old Cap d'Agde. we liked the garden and the jacuzzi, no need for a car, supermarket and bakery at 5 min, ditto for restaurants. large sandy beach 15 min walk. Well maintained and spacious villa, sun all day. we will come back for sure.
