Villa Sequoia is a four-bedroom property with private pool on a well-established and pleasantly lush gated residence of similar properties. Located in the Oasis Les Jardins holiday park (formerly known as Les Jardins des Sables d’Olonne) this peaceful villa complex is situated 5km from Les Sables d'Olonne, a lively and popular seaside resort with excellent sandy beaches and all the facilities one would expect from a holiday destination with an excellent reputation.
The family-friendly residence offers various on site facilities such as tennis court, table tennis, bike hire and play area as well as an acclaimed restaurant.
The Atlantic coast is under a kilometre from the park, the nearest beach just 2km away and the famous Puy du Fou theme park just an hour away.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor:
Living/dining room with TV, hi-fi, sofa, 2 armchairs. Dining table. Sliding doors lead to open furnished terrace.
Fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric or ceramic hob, kettle and coffee machine, toaster.

Ground floor
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with double bed or narrow twin beds (80cm), wardrobe.
First floor.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with double bed or twin beds, wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom with double bed or twin or bunk beds, wardrobe.
Ground floor: Bathroom with bath and/or shower, washbasin. Separate wc.
First floor: Shower room with wc.
Garden (350m²). Private pool with alarm. Outdoor furniture, 2 sunloungers. Barbecue. One parking space by the villa and additional parking spaces by Reception.
Pool size: 7m x 4m. Depth: 1.4m throughout. Security system: Alarm. Steps.
The pool is open from mid-April to mid-October.
CHANGEOVER DAYS
Arrive any day (except Sunday) and between 6/7/24 and 30/8/24 when Saturday changeovers only.
Check-in between 5pm-8pm. Checkout before 10am.

End of stay cleaning: 160€.
Beds made up on arrival, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels: 27€ per person.

Mid stay towel change 10€ per person.
Mid stay bed linen change 16€ per person.

Requesting a specific villa 35€ (if available).
For 2024 pool heating is included for all stays between 27/4/24 to 30/9/2024. Please note that pool heaters are subject to weather conditions, no temperature can be guaranteed. As the heating of the pool is included in the price, no refund can be made in the event of bad weather or temperatures below 10° at night.
Pool heating is available from 1/4/24 to 26/4/24 at 25€ per day and taken for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
