Fully air-conditioned, two bedroom apartment, situated less than 1 kilometre from La Croisette and the Cannes Convention Center.

Nearest city is Nice and nearest airport is Nice (15 miles), alternatively Toulon Airport (50 miles), Genoa (100 miles).

The apartment has its own private parking place in front of the building, which can be reserved for the use of our guests.

There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminus where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette.

The shops are just a few minutes walk away. Tennis is available at Cannes Tennis Club, (about a 20 minutes walk away), behind the Martinez Hotel. Sailing and scuba diving classes are available on the beach near Pointe Croisette, which is about a 10 minute drive away. Passenger ferry boat services to St Tropez & Iles de Lerins depart Cannes marina.

* Location - the residence is located about a 5-to-10 minute drive from the Croisette. If you do not have a car, and do not want to walk, a bus runs from outside the main gates of the apartment block on Avenue Lattre de Tassigny, straight down to the beach and into the center of town.

TRANSPORTATION -
* Nearest Airport - Nice (26 kms) time is one hour
* Nearest Beach - Cannes (one and two-tenths kilometers) time is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot
* Cannes is a major train terminus in France. The trains leave for Nice every 10 minutes in the morning, then throughout the day every 15 minutes to half hour. From Cannes you can travel by train to Aix en Provence, Marsaille, Nice, Monaco, Italy, virtually all of France, and Europe.
* The train station is about a ten-to-15-minute walk from our apartment.

* The Croisette, in Cannes, is where you will mingle with the rich and famous.
* The "Croisette" is the Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills, Manhattans Fifth Avenue, or Chicagos Lake Shore Drive. On the Croisette you will find the boutiques of the Haute Couture designers of the world including Versace, Hermes, Channel, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Yves St. Laurent, and many, many others.
* Here you will find the casinos Cannes is famous for: they are located in the Carlton Hotel, the Noga Hilton, and the Palais des Festival. The fourth casino, the Palm Beach Casino, is located at the other end of Cannes in the Palm Beach area.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood literally just a few steps from the center of activity (1.40 kilometers from the Palais des Festivals).

Why not start planning your vacation right now??? Here is an idea for a one-day itinerary!... Breakfast in Cannes... lunch in Monaco.. dinner in Italy... back to sleep in Cannes the same night... sleep till 9:00... send husband for fresh croissants from patisserie at end of block and around the corner... catch the 10:30 AM train to Monaco.

Take a taxi up the big hill to the Palace in Monte Carlo (USD 10). Visit Monaco and have lunch in Monte Carlo. At 5 PM walk down the hill to the train station and take the 5:30 PM train to downtown to San Remo Italy, about 45 minutes on the train. There you will find wonderful shopping, great prices, till 8 PM. Have a great Italian dinner by the sea in the old fishing harbor and catch the 11 PM train back to Cannes. Midnight in Cannes - walk home fall into bed!!!

DEPOSIT INFORMATION -
A security deposit of EURO 850 is required, to cover possible breakages, replacements, and repairs. This security deposit is payable three weeks before arrival, and will be refunded in full, less the cost of any damage, repairs, or breakages.

PAYMENT METHODS -

We ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS - and can accept them by telephone, fax, or email. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5 percent surcharge. Alternatively payments can be made by bank WIRE transfer (SWIFT) in Sterling Pounds, US Dollars or Euros.

RENTAL TERMS -
Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday, although alternative days are often available on request - email for particulars. Arrival times to the property are between 16:00 - 19:00 hours. Three weeks booking only for Cannes Film Festival - May 14th to May 25th.

EXTRA CHARGES -
Additional cleaning and maid service is available on request and is charged at Euro 70 per visit.

There is a final clean charge of Euro 135, and an optional "laundry linen hire charge" of Euro 45 per person per week.

If you wish to bring your own bedlinen and towels, you are of course welcome to do so, and the hire charge will not be applied. Our local property manager meet all clients upon arrival and carry out an check-out inspection upon departure, for which the charge is Euro 95.00. All extra charges are payable at the time the final balance is due.

We had a wonderful first family holiday here last week - I couldn't recommend it highly enough! With the option of the private garden, a gated pool and a short drive to the beach there was everything that we could ask for. Cannes offers a great selection of restaurants, shops and spots to people watch, and the apartment has everything that you could need for a wonderful holiday. The owner was extremely helpful, with useful hints and suggestions of places to visit, and provided information even before we had thought to ask for it. Thank you once again!

I have stayed at this apartment three times and i absolutely love it.

It is moments from the beach and restaurants and the shops are literally on your doorstep yet once you are in the apartment, it is private and peaceful with a spacious terrace.

The rooms are large and well decorated with quality furnishings and has everything you could possibly need. It feels more like a home than a holiday let. I highly recommend that you stop your search for accommodation and stay here!

I stayed with friends at the apartment and had a fantastic time. The apartment was lovely and is situated in a great location, close to shops and within easy reach of the restaurants and bars in Cannes. We caught the bus to and from the airport with no problems and very little French! I will definitely be booking the apartment again.

Great apartment in Cannes. Superb location. Refurbished to a very high standard, very chic! Great technology and handy gadgets. Good value considering location. Pool area lovely, quiet just far enough away from the busy Cannes centre. Stayed with another couple, enough room with 2 bathrooms. Roomy lounge and sunbeds in garden. Well looked after, would stay again and have recommended to friends.

This amazing apartment is tucked away in a tranquil little complex, but yet still quite close to all the bustle of the main beaches and nightlife.
We found this a well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment with a very large clean communal pool, which was practically unused by other residents.
The allocated parking space was extremely handy, but the main quality of this charming place was its large private garden area perfect for family relaxing and dining.
Surrounding area’s are home to boutique shops and quaint restaurants.
A definite ‘recommend to a friend’ review.

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment in the very attractive and intimate Graziella development. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well furnished and it had everything that I could need. It is a short and pleasant walk, or bus ride, to the centre of town but the quietness, very comfortable surroundings including a very pleasant patio area, not to mention the lovely swimming pool more than compensated for its not quite central position. I would highly recommend this apartment and plan to go back again!
