Noisy apartment. Bad insulation that makes you hear the neighbors you walk on your head or draw water. Rent expensive for the comfort offered.

The house is nice because with a pergola. The disadvantage is that there is only one table under this pergola and the owners of the ground floor occupy it permanently. Similarly, the wifi access depends on their apartment and it happened that they cut the box. The apartment is slightly sad with the table covered with a kind of gray rubber mattress....
