The saltwater pool with its Roman steps is 1.55 m deep and is set in the middle of a lush overgrown and sunny garden. The tastefully decorated interior of this house as well as the high ceilings and old beams exude a discreet charm. The living area opens onto a terrace with beautiful views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a convivial meal. The second floor is accessible by elevator, which is worth mentioning. There is also a large game room with TV area, billiards and table soccer.
