Overview

I could not resist this place with its top floor open aspects and the sea views. To waken in the morning to almost guaranteed sunshine (it rains 7-9 days a YEAR on average) is just magnificent.

The whole property benefits from blue tinted glazing to cut the glare of the sun and all windows have black out curtains.

El Sawaky beach camp is a 5LE (approx 50 pence) taxi ride away. This beach has a cafe, toilets and showers. You can hire a sunlounger with cushion and towel for 10le (approx £1 per day)

Taxis are cheap (haggle when you can of course) and there is a good supermarket 10 mins away. At the bottom of the road there is an excellent local shop with an excellent shop keeper.

10-15mins walk (5-10le by taxi) takes you to the spectacular Marina with a great choice of restaurants set by the waterside.

A lovely bright apartment with nice views. The tiles all the way through keep the floor nice and cool. Nice and chunky sturdy furniture and really, really comfortable beds. It was a bonus having 2 bathrooms and the blue tinted glass kept the glare really well down and the blackout curtains kept it nice and dark so you did not get wakened really early. There is a really handy little shop not even one minute from the front door of the apartment block with a very friendly shop keeper. The private lounger area on the roof was nice to escape up to but it can be a little windy up there but very nice all round views and sunshine all day long.
The property was clean and larger than expected. Each bedroom has its own balcony....master bedroom also had en-suite. Security man/concierge (Redda) was very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Janice is a woman who lives in the building permanently is also very helpful with any problems or questions you may have if you stay at this property. Found everyone we met was very friendly. There is was building work ongoing while we were there....but there wasnt much disturbance, also the apartment is situated back from the main road....so not much traffic noise. The view from the front of the apartment is lovely when u look out from balcony you have a sea view. There are some shops nearby, there are also plenty of taxis readily available when you go out on street to take you further into town.....very cheap. Had a wonderful time and would definately reccommend a stay here. Thanks Gordon.
Had a wonderful and relaxing holiday while staying at this apartment. It is only recently built, so the apartment and complex are in perfect condition. The apartment was exactly as described and the photos are accurate of what to expect. The high quality of the fittings and furniture really helped us feel at home, and the well equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing food on the days when we fancied just enjoying the sun by the pool or on the roof terrace. That said, the local restaurants are such great value for money that we couldnt help but eat out for most of our meals. Being on the top floor, the views from the balconies and the roof terrace are superb and probably worth half the rental price on their own! The apartment is spacious, with more than enough room for the two of us with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air conditioning and the ceiling fans kept the apartment comfortable even when it was oppressively hot outside during the afternoon. I have already recommended this apartment to my friends (couples and small families) as it is perfectly located close enough to the modern heart of Hurghada so that all activities and attractions are within easy reach but far enough away from the tourist bustle that you can blissfully relax and unwind when you feel the need.
