Villa Sofrito

The spectacular Villa Sofrito is a four-bedroom villa located on the Dominican Republic's Casa de Campo resort. Set in spacious grounds, this villa offers plenty of privacy to up to eight guests, and features a private pool, hot tub and children's play area.

The property has beautiful garden views and provides plenty of outdoor space. As well as the stylish deck area with its swimming pool and irresistible hot tub, there's a large gazebo just a few steps away. Here you can relax in the lounge and dining areas, perhaps while enjoying something from the nearby barbecue.

Another terrace closer to the house offers additional seating and sun loungers, with open and covered areas. Children can enjoy playing on a swing or trampoline in the garden.

Inside, Villa Sofrito is light and open, with the accommodation set over two floors. Downstairs, you have an exquisite open-plan lounge and dining area with colourful art lining the walls. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with a housekeeper and waiter on hand to help you during your stay, and additional lounge spaces around the property.

Each of the four bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning for extra comfort. The master bedroom is on the second floor and also offers a private terrace with garden views.

The villa is less than 1km away from the resort's private beach, Minitas, and within easy travelling distance of many more Casa de Campo amenities. These include the marina, fitness centre, spa and numerous entertainment venues and restaurants. The resort also offers a diverse range of sporting activities, including water-sports, tennis, polo, shooting and golf, with three excellent courses. Also, within a few minutes' walk is the charming Mediterranean-style village of Altos de Chavon, with a range of impressive attractions including an amphitheatre concert venue and cultural centre.
