  • 2 bedroom holiday villa in Paphos, Cyprus, with private pool
    August 2023
(+) - Completely functional, with good facilities, without glamour - Clean, sizeable swimming-pool - Proximity of good beaches, restaurants and grocery shops (not within walking range, car is a must; no traffic jams/issues) - Quiet area (depending on neighbours) (-) - Water output in bathroom could be better (especially toilet flushing) - Noisy neighbours sometimes tolerated (solved next night after discussion with owner) - A/C usage - dining/kitchen area conditional to payment per day (which I consider abusive given the rental fee per day); rooms - although we pre-programmed the units accurately just to find our rooms cool, owner allowed himself to enter the villa repeatedly in our absence and turned the units off

  • 2 bedroom villa rental in Paphos, Cyprus, with private pool
    August 2022
Beautiful location and we enjoyed a great holiday . Much to praise about the property but felt two issues stopped us giving a five star rating . This in relation to the price paid - the bed and bedding were of poor quality and a noisy air cond unit in the twin bedroom . Secondly the kitchen untensils/ cutlery / crockery needs improving . Nevertheless - a great holiday

  • 3 bedroom Paphos holiday villa rental with swimming pool
    August 2019
The pool was a great size and had a good depth spent most of the time outside around the pool as it was hot during our stay there was plenty of shade when required. Inside there was plenty of crockery etc. so could fill the dishwasher up an not run out of anything. The area was peaceful an rural it was too hot to walk to the campsite/beach bar or into Polis so a car is essential. The photos advertising the villa were misleading as some referred to the other 2 villas so was a bit disappointed when we realised we only had the bbq a not an outside kitchen and the living area picture referred to one of the other villas, so that needs addressing. This villa is great for a family holiday we had 2 grandchildren an parents at one side of the villa with the family bathroom and we had the ensuite bedroom at the other side so all had their own space. I would deffinatly bring our family back here for another holiday. Booking through Clickstay was problem free an easy.

  • 2 bedroom holiday villa in Famagusta South, Cyprus, with swimming pool
    October 2018
We spent a week bath vacation in Ayia Thekla as a family. The house is still relatively new and well equipped with everything it needs. Beds are ok, the mattress quality could be better. The garden with pool is small, but well maintained and nicely decorated. About 100m behind the house runs the highway, about 500m from the house the highway. Both were well audible depending on the wind direction and traffic, depending on the depth of sleep earplugs are therefore recommended. The beach in Ayia Thekla can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the beach is not really suitable for swimming, as it is very rocky. It is therefore advisable to drive 10 minutes by car towards Ayia Napa (for example Makronissosbeach). In the vicinity many houses are empty, are under construction or have never been completed. Shops for groceries, fresh vegetables / fruits can be reached in about 20 minutes. In summary: we enjoyed the holiday at ideal water and air temperatures, the environment and the beach in the vicinity is unfortunately not designed beautifully, so we will be happy for the next vacation, a different destination.

Beautiful villa in a quiet and safe location but within easy drive to local beaches, lovely restaurants, water park and supermarkets. We really couldn’t fault the place! A special thankyou to the local villa representative too who were extremely helpful.

  • 3 bedroom villa with swimming pool in Famagusta South, Cyprus
    September 2017
This was a really nice and practical holiday home. Perfect for groups of 6 people. Absolutely great with a swimming pool. The only minus is that there is no supermarket, beach or restaurants nearby and one has to go into town for this.
