Sirena Santa Marina apartment is situated at a quiet area at Universal area ,at 10 min. walking to paphos municipality sandy beach where you can find all kinds of watersports,and less than 10 min.walking to an ecxellent sellection of restaurants,tavernas, pubs and clubs of Kato Paphos.You can enjoy a nice promenade from hotel's area to the fishing harbour and spend a whole day exploring the archeological park by the harbour.And all those with just a short walk!! No car is needed.

.Is so many to do and see in Paphos and i,m sure you 'll never get bored ,but if you thing you would like a change and see more of the iisland you could book for a second week our villa Angelos,ref.no 79853 At Pissouri.It would be a great combination.
SIRENA RUNRISE AREA:

Sirena Sunrise is situated in a quiet setting just 7 minutes walk from The Sea Front and 5 minutes walk to the centre of Kato Paphos with it's restaurants, bars, banks and shops.

The large swimming pool is the focal point with features such as an ornamental bridge and small islands with palm trees and colourful shrubs (now supplemented by a riot of colour from the flowering trellises of the new occupants). Surrounding the pool is an 800m2 patio for leisurely uncrowded sun-bathing.

A selection of of apartments and houses, well designed internally and carefully positioned around the pool to give maximum space and privacy.
PAPHOS
With a subtropical Mediterranean climate, Paphos, on the southwestern coast of Cyprus, is perfect for a beach break whatever the season. With blue flag beaches that stretch along the coastline, a buzzing tourist scene and a historically rich town centre, Paphos is ideal for those looking for sun, sea and adventure under the glorious Cypriot sun.
In the Greco-Roman era, Paphos was the island’s capital and today the ancient Roman Governor’s Palace is home to a collection of exquisite mosaics, one of the area’s most popular attractions. The atmospheric Tombs of the Kings are also worth a visit and nearby Petra tou Romiou is the alleged birthplace of Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty. The town itself dates back to the Neolithic era, making in a place rich with history and archaeological sites.

Tombs Of The Kings
The site contains a set of well-preserved underground tombs and chambers used by residents of Nea Paphos from the 3rd century BC to the 3rd century AD, during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. The seven excavated tombs are scattered over a wide area and all are accessible to the public.

The tombs are unique in Cyprus due to the peristyle court structure, which was influenced by Egyptian architecture. The ancient Egyptians believed that tombs for the dead should resemble houses for the living, and this tradition is reflected in the Paphos tombs. You should allow two hours for visiting the site.

Paphos Mosaics
The mesmerizing collection of intricate and colorful mosaics in the southern sector of the archaeological site, immediately south of the Agora, is a pleasure to discover. Found by accident during leveling operations in 1962, these exquisite mosaics decorated the extensive floor area of a large, wealthy residence from the Roman period. The mosaics are regarded as one of the best places to see in Cyprus.

Fort Of Paphos
A small and empty fort guards the harbour entrance and is entered by a little stone bridge over a moat. Most visitors climb the fort for a good view of the harbour from its roof. The fort also serves as an event venue during the Paphos Aphrodite Festival.
BEACHES:
Pharos Lighthouse Beach,10 min. walking from our apartment.
The Pharos beach is a family beach located on the Tomb of Kings road in Paphos. There is a pebble and rock beach with some patches of sand in between. There is a bar where one can hire sun beds and umbrellas. It is easily accessible as the bus stop is situated just outside the beach.

Along the coast of Kato Paphos there are a number of small beaches. All the famous and big hotels are located along or near their coastline. There are enough facilities for children and adults and are within close reach of the taverns. These beaches are very popular among children.
Coral Bay at 20min by bus.
Coral Bay is one of the most beautiful and sandy beaches in Paphos and it can be base point to discover places like Troodos Mountains or fishing villages of Latchi and Polis. Sparkling clear waters are excellent for swimming, diving and other water sports. Some of the best restaurants are located here and one can shop here for fish and local Cyprus delicacies. The seawaters glimmer in the night and one can enjoy the view by sitting in a nearby tavern sipping a local glass of wine.

This accommodation rocks! Travelled with my family as a group of 5, and it was a perfect fit for the 2-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of a new-built SIRENA complex. Located in a quiet residential district and just a 10 minutes walk to the beach, its really appealing for a family stay as well as for those who enjoy sunbathing, sightseeing or shopping - and yet conveniently situated within walking distance to mini markets, shops and restaurants. Private and safe community yard/patio with car parking and large shared swimming pool made us feel at home. The property is tastefully furnished, very clean and spacious, with the great layout (nice balcony) and interior details that made our stay truly comfortable and relaxed. All the facilities are practical and fully functional, even for the kitchen equipment we couldnt demand more indeed. Family also enjoyed free sat TV, wireless internet access, and A/C was working perfectly. But the most delightful part was the superb service from the property owner. Late night pick-up option, informal and very friendly communication was the trade mark worth more than anything else. Caring with smile and always ready to help - that instantly made us true friends. Should I mention a fantastic welcome-pack on arrival, and sincere advices or sightseeing tips weve got? Definitely YES! To sum up, this propertys got many benefits that put our holiday rental experience far beyond our expectations, so wed certainly recommend it as a very good value for the price option. P.S. What we really regret is that weve stayed just for one week - obviously we should consider at least a two-week stay next time!

We have stayed in many different apartments in Kato Paphos and this one stands out as one of the best! The location is perfect (great for couples and families) and the complex quiet and well looked after including the pool. The apartment is well furnished, large, spacious, very comfortable and clean - and appropriately kitted out, including a vast range of kitchen facilities, and TV channels such as BBC & ITV as well as many other entertainment & kid’s channels that you’d usually expect with Sky. In addition, wi-fi internet is provided both bedrooms are fitted with black out blinds that helped to secure a good nights sleep! Also we were welcomed with a very generous welcome pack of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk, ham, cheese, tea/coffee etc., which was very much appreciated. A cot-bed and high chair were also provided for our little one, which was great. Angelos, the owner, was very helpful and friendly and kept in touch throughout our stay. We have already booked our return to the apartment for late 2012 and Spring 2013. Would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Thanks Angelos!
