Luxury apartment for rent 2 bed 2 bath 2nd floor on the fabulous Hesperides gardens complex. Perfectly located within walking distance of all amenities and Harbour.

Luxury 2 bed, 2 bath self catering holiday rental apartment on what has to be the most sought after development in the area, perfectly located close to all amenities. The complex itself is large and set well back from surrounding property, the apartment and balconies are completely private and not overlooked. The development has two very large communal pools. The complex was previously an orange grove, the developers have carefully retained some of the grapefruit trees to enhance the pool areas and gardens. it is perfectly located just 15 mins drive from Paphos airport and just 15 mins walk away from the nearest blue flag beach and promenade. Take a short stroll along the palm fringed promenade to the famous Paphos harbour and fish restaurants. The large main balcony has plenty of room for alfresco dining for 6 people whilst watching the sun set .and overlooks one of the two large pools as does the main bedroom balcony. Both balconies also look onto a greenbelt area beyond the pool and you can often watch the firework display from the harbour . The Paphos main restaurants, bars,shops etc are 10 to 15 mins walk. There are two local mini marts for all your day to day needs within a few minutes walk.
The Paphos old town is 5 mins drive, where you will find restaurants with breathtaking views and the real Paphos with its shops, market and quaint streets. The apartment is accessed either by lift or stairs, the high floor gives good views and added security thanks to the main external doors and intercom system in the apartment. The apartment is within easy reach of the airport and provides easy access to main routes to Limmasol and Larnaca.

Apartment Rent Paphos - Accomodation
The apartment for rent provides an ensuite bathroom to the Master bedroom as well as the family bathroom. Both bathrooms have a bath and a shower. Three quality air conditioning units which double as heaters in the winter months ensure a comfortable environment. These are further supplemented bby ceiling fans in bedrooms and living areas.There is a spacious living area and an indoor dining area seating six people in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen size bed.

Apartment Rent Paphos - Equipment
The apartment provides a Nilesat box receiving some English TV, news music, and movie channels. WIFI is installed (additional cost) along with an internet ROKU box for NETFIX films etc. A flatscreen TV and a DVD player provides the option for a night in with a movie from the selection available free in the apartment,NETFLIX or one of the rental shops. The apartment has a fully equipped quality kitchen with marble worksurfaces a large fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob. A washing machines and airing rack are provided for your convenience.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are a big plus when you are holidaying with three females in the party! This apartment is beautifully appointed and has all that you would require on a holiday like this. The air conditioning and roof fans were a great help in the July humidity and the location is handy for all the restaurants and nightlife. It gets dark early in Cyprus (around 8.30 pm in Summer!) so be careful walking nearby as there is still some building work going on (although it was never intrusive).
All in all a great holiday location and one which my family enjoyed immensely.

The owner provided all necessary information and organized the transfer from Larnaca airport with Dimitris car hire company (thank you Dimitris and Yarik) The description was very accurate and we liked the apartment. You really need a car to reach all facilities in the harbour but it is not a problem on Cyprus. We spent beautiful holiday with our small daughter (10 months) and I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

This holiday apartment is a hidden gem. The location as described in the details was brilliant. A 20 minute stroll (no hills, very easy walk) gets you down into the town centre, the harbour and all that Pafos has to offer. There are several supermarkets nearby where you can get milk, bread and newspapers and also a lovely little diner - Pambis - a 15 minute walk away where they serve excellent food. A 10 minute drive gets you to Pafos Mall where there is large supermarket with everything you need. Hesperides Gardens complex is clean and beautiful. It must have the best pool in the area on an apartment complex - we saw nothing to rival it during our stay. Shade is provided by grapefruit and orange trees and the whole development is sympathetically done - the greenest complex in the area in our opinion. The pool and surrounding area is exceptionally clean and safe - great for children. We met some lovely people around the pool and our teenage son made some good friends. This complex is great for families with teenagers or small children and the mix around the pool was fabulous. The apartment was perfect - a real home from home. Exceptionally clean, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Air conditioning was provided free with the booking and was very welcome in August. Ceiling fans in every room also helped us stay cool. Pafos has something for everyone. With Peters help we hired a car and explored the island and all it has to offer. Peter was very helpful with sorting out car hire for us and allowing us to extend our stay on our last day to accommodate our late flight home. The car hire also included transfers directly to the apartment and back to the airport which meant we didnt get lost as soon as we arrived - a bonus as it was 2.00 am!! All in all I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and Hesperides Gardens as a brilliant place for a relaxing break. Far enough away from the bustle of Pafos to enjoy peaceful days and, importantly, get a good nights sleep but a stroll away from it all... great restaurants, Seagull and The Pelican down by the harbour were particular favourites and for teenagers/the young at heart a lively "bar street" with a Linekars and Flairs - we would definitely go back and hope to soon. I must say, my nephew made the right decision for the location of his wedding, and I made an equally good decision for our accommodation. The website description of the apartment, the development it is in, and its location and proximity to other attractions in and around Paphos were all spot on. The apartment is close enough to the livelier attractions of Kato Paphos to make them easily accessible by foot or by car, but far enough away to provide a quiet and peaceful base. In that respect I would say the location could not be bettered. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and well appointed with furnishings and facilities. The balcony in particular is probably the largest Ive come across in a 2 bedroomed apartment and provides a great place for breakfast or to chill out in the afternoon or evening. The balcony overlooks the smaller (but still very generously sized) pool which, when we used it, we usually had to ouselves. The welcome pack provided by the owner on arrival was also much appreciated. All my dealings with the owner were very promptly responded to and extremely amicable. He provided excellent advice regarding airport transfers and car hire, as well as useful advice on the local attractions. The local attractions are many and varied, including the lively harbour area with good restaurants and bars, water sports and activities, the many archeological remains, and the beautiful coutryside and villages of the Akamas hills to the north. We packed in as much as we could in our one week holiday, and I genuinely came away wishing wed booked a second week. The weather was also a pleasant surprise. Our home base is Dubai, so it was very pleasant to leave behind the 45+degree temperatures there in mid July for the refreshing low 30s of Cyprus. The light breeze kept it very comfortable and it never felt hot, sticky and oppressive, as Ive known it to be in other mediterranean areas. Other family members with UK home bases equally enjoyed the weather. All in all, every aspect of the holiuday was a very pleasurable experience. I would certainly recommend this property to a friend and in fact we hope to return ourselves in the not too distant future.

Owner supplied a 'Welcome Pack' which was very much appreciated. We were given lots of information by the owner and all questions leading up to our holiday were promptly answered. I would recommend this property to a friend. It is very well positioned in Paphos and proved an excellent base to get about from. Swimming pools were lovely and there were always some free sunbeds we even had the smaller pool to ourselves for long periods. We did a day trip to Cairo and it was fantastic only 50 minutes by plane.

The property was lovely and clean and exactly what we expected from the review and offered a great aspect overlooking the smaller of the two pools. The location was about a five minute drive from the harbour which was where most of the restaurants and bars where situated and there was a wealth of information left in the apartment regarding all of the local attractions and areas of interest to visit.There were so many restaurants to chose from offering all styles from Japanese to local taverna, all of them good. Although we did not use the facilities, the kitchen would have been perfect to use should you wish cook in. I would thoroughly recommend this to cater for all tastes, quiet holiday by the pool or base to sightsee around the island with or without kids."

We were right to take up the Car Hire collection and dro p off option offered especially as we arrived late at night and didnt have the trouble of finding the appartment in the darkAfter a short drive we arrived and found the appartment to be as clean and spacious as the brochure suggested with all mod consWe had agreed to take the en-suite double with my sister and her husband in the twin room but having the two bathrooms was so so convenient for everyoneThe apartment is as the back of the main complex but overlooks the small pool which caught the sun for most of the day and for us offered a quieter optionThe link road passes close by and is well used by the locals but would only be of concern to the very light of sleepersThe town centre and harbour are about a 20min walk or 5min drive away with plenty of free parkingTwo convenience stores are a 5min walk away and a fruit and veg market with bakery within a 5min driveWith only a week at the resort excursions were limited but would recommend Latchi and Limassol and the ruins and mosaics at Kourion The mountain road proved too much having had a late start that particular day but the Monastery of Agios Neophytos is worth a visitDay or night the harbour with its restauants was always lively with Bar street for those wanting music and dance Zorro's bar is recommended to avoid the hassleOpposite is the Palermo restaurant where they re-opened for us on our late arrival to make us some food.Very welcoming peopleWe recommend the Flambe restaurant for an eating experience With sun every day and temperatures of 29 degrees during the day and 22 at night this proved a thoroughly enjoyable first visit to Cyprus

We found the apartment to be spacious, modern and clean. The two bathrooms come in handy when getting ready to go out. Each apartment has an allocated parking space. Pete was very helpful and has left a very comprehensive info pack in the apartment, which came in very useful.The apartment has a washing machine so you can travel light, and satellite TV for those who want to keep up with their soaps and news. This apartment is the best one we have ever stayed in by far.The complex has two lovely swimming pools a small one at the front and a larger one to the rear of the apartment. We swam in there every day. We didn't hire a car but plan to hire one next time. You really need a car if you wish to explore, other than that we did plenty of walking.Nearby shops are handy but expensive better to use the supermarket opposite Debenhams near the harbour.. We personally recommend Thessaloniki, 8 Constantias Street, where you will be assured of a very good home cooked meal. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife, Theo and Lucy. He cooks and she is front of house.

Louise 20 Sept 08"I stayed here at the beginning of September and had an amazing time! The owner was really friendly and helpful, he provided a welcome pack in the apartment when we arrived which was a really nice touch especially because it included a bottle of wine! He also arranged transfers from the airport to the apartment with Demetris waiting for us with a sign when we got there which was great. Paphos is a fantastic holiday location as there is plenty to do, with beaches, a waterpark, boat trips, snorkelling and much more. We wanted to stay longer as there was so much there for us to do. The apartment is lovely with relaxing surroundings but is a short walk to the vibrant nightlife so it has the best of both worlds! Bar street was great for nights out and when we wanted a more relaxing night we headed to the harbour where there are great restaurants and you can sit and have cocktails by the sea. The accomodation was perfect with 2 bathrooms which was great when getting ready and had 2 large pools which were brill with lots of spare sunbeds. It also had English TV so we could have music channels on while we were getting ready. I will definately be going back and would highly recommend it. "
