The apartment with wifi and internet access is situation within a modern complex, on the edge of the Universal area, located in a quiet area of Paphos but close to all amenities. The seafront is approximately a 30 minute walk from the apartment and a selection of several bars and restaurants are within 20 minutes.

A kiosk/small supermarket selling general provisions and newspapers is a 15 minutes stroll from the complex.

The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with lounge seating for 5 persons, a dining table and six chairs. This area leads out via patio doors onto the pool facing private terrace with patio table, six chairs and sunbeds.

Well equipped fitted kitchen with modern appliances including washing machine, oven, grill, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and WC. A sofa bed in the living area converts to sleep an additional two.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC.

We had a lovely time at no 40. The appartment was ideal for a nice quiet holiday, would certainly recommend it to my friends.

This apartment is in the town but in a quiet area near the beach. It has a shared pool, a balcony and outside lighting. Car hire is recommended as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.

We have had the apartment since new (buying off plan due to its location and the excellent reputation of builder) and it is our family holiday home which we two or three times per year. We both love the island of Cyprus and particularly the Paphos area and hope to spend more time out there in the apartment when we do eventually retire.
