The town of Paphos is situated on the South Western tip of Cyprus and is recognized as being one of the
more peaceful towns on Cyprus retaining the old Mediterranean charm of island life with it’s small winding streets and markets, set amongst a backdrop of rolling hills scattered with olive trees and vineyards
The villa was completed in late 2003, and is situated in a very peaceful avenue near to Universal Gardens in the Exo Vrisi area of Paphos, between the old town and Kato Paphos. It is only 15 minutes walk from the main area of bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the beautiful harbour. The present owners purchased the villa in 2008, and furnished it tastefully to a high standard as you can see from the photos and from reading the reviews.
Airport collection can be arranged for those who do not intend to hire a car - we can also reccomend local car hire companies
Aircon is included in the price, and is fitted in every room
& central heating for winter lets.
I believe you will find the villa home from home, with everything you need to have a great holiday including Wi-Fi and Sky TV
There is a good supply of sun loungers, outside covered area with a table and chairs etc, as well as a four seater outside rattan suite.
There is a modern flat screen TV and the lounge has DVD and a Hi-fi system for your relaxation.
We have just installed coffee maker and guest safe - cot, bedding, high chair and child gates also available

Villa very clean and user friendly. Pool excellent. (met pool cleaner and he was very helpful about where to go etc) Villa was a fair distance from the Harbour area and having a hire car was essential. (getting a hire car at the airport is recommended and directions to the villa were spot on) Would use villa again
Great holiday in Paphos this October. The villa......Cronk villa was about 15 minutes walk to the harbour and about the same to the old town, which for us was fine, but for some maybe a little far. The villa had everything you could have wanted and felt like a home. The pool was lovely and kept beautifully. Could have done with some more sunbeds as a couple were broken and so we had to use chairs but otherwise the villa was well equipped. Any problems we had on the holiday were soon sorted by the local contact and the information booklets which had been pulled together about the local area, restaurants etc were extremely useful. I would certainly recommend the villa to anyone visiting Paphos
Lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay - a real home from home The pool and garden are delightful with more than enough seating and the air con throughout the villa worked very effectively. One suggestion would be a fan outside for when evenings are just as warm as the day!! Good residential area approx 15min walk to harbour area and similar to the old town. Would definitely recommend to others and use again ourselves.
A very homely property situated in a quiet residential area: not luxurious but has everything needed for a comfortable stay - and notably top quality kitchen appliances. The pool area has to be the gem in the crown: compact for sunbathing but delightfully laid out. A car is really an essential - whilst the port (and old town) are within walking distance [just] - the glorious sun makes it tough stroll: especially if youre carrying anything. If you hire from the airport make sure that you choose one that has a "fair fuel" policy i.e. collect and return full. We got a good deal via Sixt. Alternatively local taxis are reasonable: €5/8 to/from house to port day/night. Local supermarkets are well stocked but pricey (bring coffee!): we used the huge air conditioned one in the port. Mervyns local helpers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their ways to assist you. A big thank you to them. Finally thank you to Mervyn for being so helpful and accommodating to us: much appreciated. I would definitely re-book.
From start to finish, this booking did not let us down. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean which in turn meant that six of us including a fourteen month old baby did not feel we were living in a cramped space. The air conditioning throughout was excellent and we were able to keep the baby cool at all times. The pool was superb and the covered outside area meant you could keep shaded if necessary which was the case in 40 degrres heat. All in all a good experience and many thanks to Mervyn and Kerry/Lois and Dave who made our stay hassle free and very enjoyable

There are 2 patio/ terraces and 2 balconies at the property NW and SE facing. SE view is of a vineyard and NW is the pool area view. Guest safe now fitted, also coffee maker for 2012.
