The town of Paphos is situated on the South Western tip of Cyprus and is recognized as being one of the
more peaceful towns on Cyprus retaining the old Mediterranean charm of island life with it’s small winding streets and markets, set amongst a backdrop of rolling hills scattered with olive trees and vineyards
The villa was completed in late 2003, and is situated in a very peaceful avenue near to Universal Gardens in the Exo Vrisi area of Paphos, between the old town and Kato Paphos. It is only 15 minutes walk from the main area of bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the beautiful harbour. The present owners purchased the villa in 2008, and furnished it tastefully to a high standard as you can see from the photos and from reading the reviews. As well as air conditioning in every room for the summer, each room has central heating for winter letting.
Airport collection can be arranged for those who do not intend to hire a car - we can also reccomend local car hire companies

I believe you will find the villa home from home, with everything you need to have a great holiday including Wi-Fi and Satelite TV, Toshiba flat screen TV.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA
To the rear is a substantial covered area to shelter form the sun, this has comfortable rattan armchairs to relax. Also in this area is a 4 seater rattan suite and table, and an additional twin table and chairs if required, which can easily accommodate 6 persons.
Pool area is completely private with mature plants and greenery. Six new modern sunbeds were added in 2019. Also at the rear is a Gas BBQ, gas is supplied free of charge.
Kitchen is fitted with Dishwasher, full cooker, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine. Inside dining area has table & 6 chairs.

Cronk villa is a home from home, situated on a quiet street but within easy walking of both the marina and the old town. The whole area feels very safe, as the Cypriot people are very warm and congenial. Paphos is perfectly placed for accessing the island by car.
The garden is beautiful and well kept and the pool a godsend in August! The beds are really comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace playing cards in the relative cool of the evening.
The caretakers, Dave and Sue are kind and friendly. Altogether a lovely holiday, thank you.
Lovely place, lovely pool, and lovely garden and plenty of seats for large groups in the garden and pool area also there is plenty of room in the house. All the facilities you need are there, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, music, and wifi, etc plus some shops just a walking distance away. I recommend that you read the welcome pack on your arrival. It was great staying there I would definitely recommend this villa also communication with clickstay and the owner was easy. This was our very first holiday abroad and ive got to say we made a very good choice with this villa ,
the pool was amazing after hot days exploring the outstanding surroundings of paphos , the villa was lovely and clean and spacious but also had a homely feel to it, we are already planning next years holiday here.
The villa is really spacious and clean. The swimming pool was more than adequate for our party of 6 and there was plenty of seating outside and a shady area for a 3 year old son. The only criticism I have is that there wasn't enough room for the sunbeds around the pool. It was a bit tight to fit them comfortably.
We had a great holiday. The villa is well located for both the harbour and Tomb of the Kings road areas. A 20-30 minute walk to both where the restaurants and bars are. The villa itself is very well equipped and the pool and outside seating area is fantastic. Thoroughly recommend.

There are 2 patio/ terraces and 2 small balconies at the property NW and SE facing. SE view is of a vineyard and NW is the pool area view. Guest safe now fitted, also coffee maker for 2012.
