The town of Paphos is situated on the South Western tip of Cyprus and is recognized as being one of the
more peaceful towns on Cyprus retaining the old Mediterranean charm of island life with it’s small winding streets and markets, set amongst a backdrop of rolling hills scattered with olive trees and vineyards
The villa was completed in late 2003, and is situated in a very peaceful avenue near to Universal Gardens in the Exo Vrisi area of Paphos, between the old town and Kato Paphos. It is only 15 minutes walk from the main area of bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the beautiful harbour. The present owners purchased the villa in 2008, and furnished it tastefully to a high standard as you can see from the photos and from reading the reviews.
Airport collection can be arranged for those who do not intend to hire a car - we can also reccomend local car hire companies
Aircon is included in the price, and is fitted in every room
& central heating for winter lets.
I believe you will find the villa home from home, with everything you need to have a great holiday including Wi-Fi and Sky TV
There is a good supply of sun loungers, outside covered area with a table and chairs etc, as well as a four seater outside rattan suite.
There is a modern flat screen TV and the lounge has DVD and a Hi-fi system for your relaxation.
We have just installed coffee maker and guest safe - cot, bedding, high chair and child gates also available

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday staying at Cronk Villa. The Villa was exactly as described, very clean and spacious (even for the 6 of us) and fully air-conditioned throughout which made the August humidity comfortable. The Villa has everything you could possible need and is a real home-from-home. The pool is an ideal size, and the pool area has plenty of shaded areas to escape the heat when needed, and plenty of room to have your meals at the table by the pool.
We had a car for half the holiday, but to be fair still walked into the harbour in the evenings which takes about 20 minutes. Whilst the car is definitely handy for getting around and is worthwhile (going to large supermarkets, waterparks, Coral Bay, day trips etc), even when we were without one there are 2 local shops which have everything you need and we used all the time. The bus from the harbour also stops within a couple of minutes walk and again we used that most nights to get back from the harbour without any issue. You can also get the bus into the harbour easy enough too, but the buses run once an hour so you need to plan around it. A car is worthwhile and to be recommended overall especially when considering getting to and from the airport, but I wouldn't say it was absolutely essential. Taxis are readily available too.
The owner Mervyn is so helpful and friendly and really made everything very easy and pleasant right from the beginning before we even booked by answering questions for us, which filled us with confidence as this was our first time staying here. There is an information file at the villa too which really helps locate everything you need.
All in all, the villa is a real find for us and we would recommend to anyone. The kids loved it, and so did we. A fabulous holiday for us all.
We booked Cronk Villa in June to house various guests at my sons wedding. It was an absolute triumph for family and friends coming and going. The pool was a great hit as it was extremely hot that week. There is plenty of shade for non sun worshipers like myself and it was very well cared for twice a week. The villa itself is spacious and very well equipped and the bbq is very efficient.
I would ay that you need a car but it is possible to get around by taxi but make a note of the location as most had difficulty finding it.

Villa very clean and user friendly. Pool excellent. (met pool cleaner and he was very helpful about where to go etc)
Villa was a fair distance from the Harbour area and having a hire car was essential. (getting a hire car at the airport is recommended and directions to the villa were spot on)

Great holiday in Paphos this October. The villa......Cronk villa was about 15 minutes walk to the harbour and about the same to the old town, which for us was fine, but for some maybe a little far. The villa had everything you could have wanted and felt like a home. The pool was lovely and kept beautifully. Could have done with some more sunbeds as a couple were broken and so we had to use chairs but otherwise the villa was well equipped. Any problems we had on the holiday were soon sorted by the local contact and the information booklets which had been pulled together about the local area, restaurants etc were extremely useful. I would certainly recommend the villa to anyone visiting Paphos
Lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay - a real home from home The pool and garden are delightful with more than enough seating and the air con throughout the villa worked very effectively. One suggestion would be a fan outside for when evenings are just as warm as the day!! Good residential area approx 15min walk to harbour area and similar to the old town. Would definitely recommend to others and use again ourselves.
