Brown leather sofabed in lounge, 32 inch flat screen TV on wall, DVD player, CD system, American large kitchen with all modern stainless steel appliances. Breakfast bar with two stools. Patio doors to terrace with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy eating al fresco overlooking the pool.
Double bedroom with two bedside cabinets and lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers all in light oak. En-suite shower room. Twin bedroom has twin beds and one bedside table and lamp all in light oak. All colour-cordinated to match. Bathroom with overhead shower.
Air conditioned, undercover parking space, lovely pool and small jacuzzi. Apartment block is opposite a 5 star spa resort in which you can pay to spend the day using their facilities if you wish. Short walk from local village with a few shops and bars. however a car is advised. 5 mins to Pervolia with an abundance of bars, tavernas and restaurants and Kiti and local beach and only a ten minute drive into Larnaca town or McKenzie Beach. Apartment is only a short few minutes walk form Adventureland where you can spend a nice day with the family using their outdoor and indoor pool and activities. 40 minutes drive to both Ayia Napa and Limassol and just under an hour to pretty areas of Pernera and Protaras. Great connections onto road systems and only 10 minutes simple drive to Larnaca airport.

Apartment was fantastic. Very large, clean, comfortable and modern. Cooking facilities are perfect and pool area good. I would reccomend this apartment to anyone who wants a great value, quiet and relaxing holiday in Cyprus

THIS WAS A LOVELY APARTMENT, WELL KITTED OUT WITH EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED TO MAKE YOUR STAY COMFORTABLE. WE DID EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS WITH THE WATER SUPPLY IE WE HAD NO HOT WATER FOR THREE DAYS. THIS WAS NO FAULT OF THE OWNERS AND WE ACCEPT THAT THESE THINGS HAPPEN( THIS WAS COMPOUNDED BY THE FACT THAT THE ISLAND IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A DROUGHT WITH WATER BEING TURNED OFF BETWEEN 7AM AND 7PM). WE WERE HOWEVER VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE OWNERS DID NOT INFORM US OF THE CONSIDERABLE BUILDING WORK IN AND AROUND THE COMPLEX WITH WORK STARTING AS EARLY AS 6 AM AND CARRYING ON UNTIL DUSK. THIS WORK EVEN CARRIED ON THROUGH THE WEEKEND.WE WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THAT THE OWNERS INFORMED US OF THIS WORK AND MAYBE WE COULD HAVE CHOSEN DIFFERENT ACCOMMODATION OR AT LEAST COME PREPAIRED. IN SUMMARY A LOVELY APARTMENT SPOILED BY POOR COMMUNICATION  BY PROPERTY OWNER. WOULD I RETURN? YES I WOULD! BUT ONLY ONCE THE BUILDING WORK IS COMPLETE!

The building work on the 5 star spa resort opposite has now been completed (May 2009) and there is no more building noise

It is really good choice if you rent a car. Has its own parking and enough place for 5 - 6 persons. It is easy to get there from Larnacas airport when using owners instruction which I got shortly after booking. Owner stayed in touch via email all the time I needed. To the closest beach is sth around 3 - 5 km by car but you can see sea from buildings window. What is more we were there alone - the rest of apartments of the block were empty when we were there so it wasnt crowdy at all. I recommend Perivolia as nice place to spend evenings - it has few nice taverns serving food in good prices and it is close to the apartment.
