Review submitted by Richard from Camberley, Surrey (Submitted: 14/09/2017) ''We found the property to be exactly how it was described and how it appeared on the website. The villa itself is very well equipped and there was nothing we can complain about. For us, the location was perfect. It is close enough to the beach and restaurants of Coral Bay and Paphos centre, but far enough to enjoy the quietness. Highly recommend Melitzia Tavern in Tala Village. We ordered 4 of the Traditional Mezze and were not disappointed. Go hungry! I would also highly recommend Latchi Watersports. We hired a boat twice and found them to be incredibly professional. Instructions are clear and the boats were all in a great condition. Most of the staff are very friendly, well trained and I thought they were great value for money. No complaints at all, everything was prefect. Information was accurate, communication was spot on and some of the tips and advice was very useful. We received a note on arrival introducing themselves. I send a text one day to Colin and he responded immediately. Other than that there was no need to communicate with them.''

Mr & Mrs Hill Jul 2017

Review submitted by Mr & Mrs Hill from West Sussex (Submitted: 14/07/2017) ''We have had a very enjoyable holiday thank you. The villa itself completely met our expectations and was exactly what we expected and more. Very well appointed, clean and beautifully co-ordinated throughout. It was in a great position with distant sea views and in peaceful surroundings. It is necessary to have a car in order to visit local places as well as any more long distant destinations. Tala itself is a small and pretty little village with an excellent restaurant called Melitzia. The owners are very friendly and the view is far reaching. The Adonis Baths are worth a visit for a dip and entry was 25 euros for three of us. There is an amphitheatre nearby too which we did not visit. The Tomb of the kings was 2.50 euros each and a very interesting place to visit. At the waterfront in Paphos we ate at the Gourmet tavern at the corner of Posidonos Avenue. The owner has been there since the 40`s (albeit in a very different set up to now). The food was excellent but slightly more expensive than your average. A visit to Latchi and the Watersports centre we would strongly recommend. We hired a motorboat for the day (on your suggestion) and had a wonderful time up and down the coastline for 7 hours visiting many other coves, especially Blue Lagoon. Snorkelling was great fun. Blue Lagoon can get busy with boats carrying large numbers of tourists so it is great to be able to anchor up anywhere else until they have gone. Just outside Latchi is the Pavlaras Prengos Tavern in Kalithea. Amazing views again and lovely food. Particularly the squid. Our favourite restaurant was Duomos Italian and we ate there two nights running. An extensive menu, excellent food and service but really necessary to book. Visited a small rocky bay in front of the St Georges Hotel with a beach bar which was lovely. I know that when on holiday people do not expect to go to charity shops but for anyone interested, there are 5 or 6 such shops in Chlorakas. Your service has been excellent and we have been impressed by that. Cypriot people are so lovely and we enjoyed every moment but the chances are we will be looking at a different destination for the foreseeable future. We prefer the freedom and peace of our own villa so this is what we are likely to again. ''

Review submitted by Ian from Cumbria (Submitted: 30/09/2016) ''The villa itself was well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Location was perfect. Very peaceful an beautiful area. Having hired car we visited a couple of restaurants in Paphos and some lovely beaches. We were very happy with the excellent service provided.''

Review submitted by Ben from Hampshire (Submitted: 16/06/2015) ''Clean, tidy and very well equipped. We love Tala and the location was perfect. Well recommended, thank you! I’d recommend ‘Melizia Taverna’. We’ve eaten there every time we’ve stayed in Tala and it’s always been great. I’d also recommend avoiding ‘The Square’ restaurant which was really awful! Very satisfied indeed with all service received from your company! We really did have a great time and would very much like to book with you again when the time comes. Thanks for all your help, Ben''

Review submitted by Terence from Warrington, Cheshire - (Submitted: 14/07/2014) The property itself was very well presented and the cleanliness was second to none , a great promotion for Colin & Carol who look after it on behalf of the owners. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday but not to far out for restaurants shopping etc providing you have transport. For those nights in when you really want to chill the local Chinese take away who provide a delivery service is ideal. The cleanest and most grease free Chinese meal we have had in a long time, so good we used them twice. The service provided by Steven I must say cannot be beaten, in our situation where we were let down on arrival in Cyprus, neither Owners Direct, Villa Plus or James Villas could offer anything and whats more they didnt care. We thought of the opportunity to develop a company to help people who have had similar experiences to us, but there is no need, your company already fulfills that role. Lets Rent Online should congratulate itself on the service it provides.

“Fantastic holiday, fantastic villa.” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 5 days ago for a stay in August 2013 NEW Stayed in this fabulous villa in the peaceful area of Tala with beautiful views down to Paphos and the coast. The villa is equipped to an exceptionally high standard, inside and out and has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. The villa is bright, exceptionally clean, very well furnished and maintained throughout. Our teenage son was delighted with the up to date media system, dividing his time in the villa between this and the very inviting pool, which was also very well maintained. The villa has various outdoor seating areas within a superb outdoor space, where we spent the majority of our time. Although the small village of Tala is within walking distance, albeit uphill, you will need a car to go into Paphos or further afield to see this beautiful island. Villa Apollonia is fantastic and would be my first choice if you like a more peaceful holiday in a rural area but may not be for you if you would prefer to be closer to the hustle and bustle of Paphos.
