• modern recently built 2 bedroom Town house (small development of 30 houses or appartments)
• Large Living room with separate dining area, open plan, with satellite TV and DVD
• Large balcony with table and chairs, access from Living room with good sea views of the west coast (Coral Bay)
• Fully equipped Kitchen
• 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with 2 single beds. These open up to a sunny patio with BBQ, cafe style table chairs and umbrella. Bordered by municipal garden with exotic plants (I have added palms, olive and lemon trees) and beyond a sea view
• Living room has 2 double sofa beds if required
• Family Bathroom, with shower over bath
• Fully air conditioned
• Large communal pool with plenty of sun beds (the pool is positioned beyond our car park, this cancels out any noise from the swimmers)
Several UK owners are in permanent residence, or on holiday, are very friendly and helpful. .
Tala is a mountain village with superb views of both the mountains and the west Cyprus coastline.
This property is a 2 minutes walk from a lovely old village square, which has a good selection of tavernas and 2 small shops which will provide most of your needs.
there are several large supermarkets in town and Lidl (about 10 minutes)
There are many beaches all within easy reach.
There is a bus, or taxi’s are readily available, but car hire is recommended to see the beautiful Island of Cyprus. There is so much to see here.
Tala is also an ideal base for one of the 3 championship golf courses of Cyprus, Tsada, which is approximately an 8km drive.
Paphos is also a short distance away, this thriving town has everything to offer, shops, restaurants, a harbour with castle, and a vibrant nightlife.
Coral bay is closer with a great choice of restaurants and beaches.
You will also find many historical sites to visit, as just about every major civilization has invaded at one time or another over the past few thousand years.
you can book excursions by sea to Egypt. Israel, Lebanon and Syria.
We spent a lot of time locating the best spot in Cyprus, just off the main drag (but accessible) above the humidity line with great views,

Fantastic, spacious & clean. This property is a home from home & a fantastic base from which to explore the beautiful Island of Cyprus.
A very short drive to Coral bay or Pathos and situated in a pleasant village with a lovely, friendly, welcoming village square.
The Apartment is very well equipped and gives you the flexibility of a night in either cooking for yourself or with a take away from the local fish & chip shop, eating out locally in the village with its traditional taverns (much cheaper than eating in the tourist hot spots) or a short drive for an evening out to Pathos or Coral Bay.
There is a fantastic sea view from the balcony too.
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
We have just returned from a fantastic two weeks at this property. We were very pleased with the facilities provided and how spacious the house was. Having the bedrooms downstairs was a huge blessing as they stayed relatively cool. The local Village of Tala was nice and had plenty of lovely tavernas & bars. Having a Washing machine, microwave, oven, bbq, tv & dvd player was very useful as we had the option of being self contained if we did not feel like going out for the evening. The pool was clean & we found everyone to be friendly. The kids had a great time in the pool & we were all sad to come home!
What a great spot! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was even a selec tion of DVDs for the one evening we stayed in. We would have been quite happy staying around the house everyday as it was very spacious. We bbqd and wandered up to the village square for drinks some evenings. Having use of the car saved us a fortune - we went to the local supermarket on the first day and stocked up for the week. Ive been to Cyprus a few times but stayed in hotels in Paphos. It was so nice to get away from the busy tourist spots but drive down to eat in the harbour when we fancied. The owners say they spent a fair bit servicing the car recently - we certainly didnt have any problems.

We stayed in this villa in Sept for 10 days. We found the local people really friendly and the area is really clean. The villa had absolutely everything we needed. The pool is close by and kept clean. This is the second time we had stayed here but this time we travelled around and explored other areas of this lovely country, using the car provided which saved us a fortune. There are many lovely tavernas within walking distance with friendly staff and lovely food.
Definitely go again.
The house was fully equipped with every thing you could need. It is situated about 15mins drive from Pathos and Coral Bay. Lovely views from the balcony and the area is nice and quiet with a lovely pool. 5 mins walk away we found Tala Village which has some lovely restaurants and bars. The local people were really friendly. Would definitely go back, soon!
