As you enter the villa you will find the villa’s 4 bedrooms; master bedroom with en suite shower room, double bedroom, a 3 bedded bedroom with bunk bed and single bed ideal for children and a further single bedroom. A family bathroom is located on this floor. A balcony is shared between the master bedroom and double bedroom offering amazing views of the surrounding area and Mediterranean Sea.
Moving down to the lower ground floor you will find the villa’s living area featuring comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and a wireless internet connection.
Adjacent to the living area is the spacious kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, wine fridge and a breakfast table with seating for 4.
A separate shower room is located on this floor.
The villa has an alarm system with camera surveillance, air conditioning throughout and during the winter months underfloor heating is available upon request.
The outside area can be accessed from either the kitchen or living area and is where you will find the covered patio area with table tennis table for your enjoyment. A few steps down from the patio area lead to the 3m x 9m private kidney shaped swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The built in barbecue offers the opportunity to experience outdoor dining.
Ideal for the younger members of the group there is a spacious lawn area with a wooden shaded raised platform, trampoline and swing allowing the younger members of the group to enjoy hours of fun. A few steps down from the swimming pool area is where you will find a further lawn area with fruit trees.

Approximately 3 kilometres from the villa is Tala, a popular and growing village, set on a west facing hillside overlooking the calm blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The panoramic view, the favourable climate and the simplicity of the landscape are the main characteristics that led to the development of tourism in the community of Tala. The focal point of Tala Village is the delightful village square which has a small selection of restaurants, friendly tavernas and traditional pavement side coffee shops serving everything from meze style meals to local speciality dishes and international cuisines. If you prefer to self cater Tala has a mini market to meet your basic grocery requirements.
Standing proudly in the hills above Tala is the imposing 12th Century Monastery of Saint Neophytos. On a site commanding fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast it is easy to imagine the beauty and isolation of this location which a thousand years ago enticed an extraordinary, self-taught, hermit called Neophytos to settle there. Of particular interest to the visitor is the cave with the cell of Saint Neophytos, an enclosure carved out of the mountain by the hermit. The rock-table and the stone platform on which he slept are still preserved as are some of the finest Byzantine frescoes dating from the 12th to the 15th century thought to be the work of the Saint and his followers.
Tala village is situated conveniently close to the Minthis Hills Golf Course at Tsada. This course designed by Donald Steel was the first grass course to be built in Cyprus. The newly enhanced course completed by the designers Mackenzie and Ebert, re-opened in June 2007. With its elevated position 550 metres above sea level, it plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 metres. Practice facilities include a driving range, two putting greens, a pitching/chipping area and practice bunkers.
Coral Bay, the well known beach resort for the Paphos district is approximately 15 minutes drive away. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area know locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Zoo.
