Villa overview - owner's description

This superb new villa has been completed to a very high standard, and offers luxury accommodation together with large swimming pool, set in peaceful, private and picturesque surroundings.

This luxury resort is situated in the beautiful village Simou near the small river Skarfos with the beautiful old bridge that take place in most of the post cards for Paphos villages. The villa is between Paphos town and Polis Chrysochous. If you would like to experience a more authentic side of Cyprus then these are the places to head to.

Near the villas there is a very good traditional Cypriot tavern and in the village center there are some small traditional Coffee shops (which once per week they provide food) and a small supermarket. Very near the villa there is the famous traditional watermill bakery with fresh bread and other products every day. Also on it there is the best traditional Cyprus tavern that you ever visit. There are more taverns, restaurants and supermarket in less than 10’ driving in nearby villages and towns.

The majestic crystal-clear water conditions are ideal for life by the sea, The Akamas offers one of the best spots for sailing, fishing and scuba diving in the Mediterranean. Amazing mountain bike trails and hiking allows you to experience the area to the fullest. The area is renowned for its cultural programmers’ which include traditional Cypriot festivals, music and arts events held throughout the year. There is also a golf course that is only a 15 minute drive away from the resort.

The pretty harbor of Latchi and the bustling center of Polis, with their well known sea food taverns, are just in a 15 minutes drive away and you will find an array of inviting sea-front taverns with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily.

You will find many good restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, banks, post office, children’s play centers, go-carting, water-sports, diving beaches, everything required to satisfy every taste.

Beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for the more adventurous explorer the protected Akamas Peninsular with its many walking trails. Take the time to explore some of the villages off the beaten path where you'll discover such delights as village cultural centers and museums, galleries, Churches and wineries with free wine tasting

“Best Villa I have stayed at in last ten years.” An excellent villa, very spacious with lots of room inside and out, a big playground for the grand kids fully equipped. A decent sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. A large covered patio for outside dining overlooking the pool. The only drawback some may say is that it is a little remote so a car is essential as there is nowhere that is in walking distance of the villa, for us this is a bonus as it is very quiet and laid back.

“A Perfect location for privacy and luxury for all the family” A spectacular Villa, very well presented with luxurious terraces and a pool large enough to actually swim in. There are apple, pear pomegranate, orange and grapefruit trees together with tomatoes and pepper plants to pick. The grounds are huge so these are far enough away not to block the 360 degree view of mountains and countryside that took our breath away every time we looked out. The children loved the play ground, with rich green grass maintained through an underground watering system. The BBQ is fabulous. The Villa is fully fenced and gated, stunning inside with four large double bedrooms, three shower rooms and a bathroom to choose from, very well equipped kitchen and two very comfy open plan lounges and dining area, its truly stunning. The owner met us upon arrival with a small hamper and was so helpful throughout. Please, do yourself a favour, just book it. Liked best: space, privacy, size of villa, terrace, pool, view and standrad or presentation & equipment/ furnishings Liked least: having to come home Traveling group: Young Children Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Yes. Recommended for: People with disabilities Older travelers Families with young children Large groups The property was "as advertised". I recommend the location. The property was a good value for the price paid. The property provided wifi/internet access. My security deposit was returned on time.

“Little slice of heaven” I was travelling to Cyprus for a family wedding and happened to find this villa tucked away in the heart of Simou. The pictures do not do this beautiful house justice, it was immaculate inside and out. Katerina gave us detailed instructions on how to find the villa, (you WILL need a car), met us on arrival and even gave us a pushchair to use for the baby! There was a welcome hamper left out for us. The pool was clean and so refreshing, it was one of the highlights, another being the stunning view. The freshly handpicked, still warm from the sun, oranges were something else. I cant recommend this villa highly enough, will definitely be coming back! A few tips would be to stock up with foodstuffs on the way to the villa as once you arrive youll be loathe to leave, and stay for 2 weeks not 1!!

great week!!! We were looking for a quiet place to stay where our kids would have fun and not disturb anyone by there presense and after staying at the Stephanie villa we can say that our choice was great!!!!we enjoyed barbecues under the moonlight and had great fun in the pool all day long....The villa was equiped with more than anyoune could ask for,was clean and tidy!!!!We will definitely be back as soon as possible!!!!

The property was "as advertised". A very comfortable place very safe for childrens. Quick service Owners willing to provide information about sight seeing near the property, leaflets with detailed information about property s amenities also provided. Big and safe kinder garden, very big and clean swimming pool. Larg veranda for great relaxing The property was very clean and very good and quiet location. ? would highly recommended large groups, older travelers, families with young children and friends gataway

Large, well appointed and luxurious Villa A very well presented and luxurious villa. Beautiful views from large shaded terrace, fruit trees in the grounds, a large pool you can actually swim in, all mod cons with peace and tranquillity. The view astonished us every time we looked out. Amazing mountain scenery. The owner was hospitable and could not do enough to help us. Just book.

Fantastic Villa holiday. The villa is very spacious and extremely well appointed with ever thing you could ask for and more, from the private children’s playground alongside the villa that kept my grandchildren occupied for hours to the large and well equipped kitchen for feeding the family and a large covered patio for outside dining overlooking the pool. The freshly handpicked, still warm from the sun, oranges were something else. You will need a car as the villa is a little remote with no shops or taverna’s etc in walking distance. I would suggest stopping at Carrfour or Liddles on the way through Paphos to stock up on supplies. If you are looking for a quiet away from it all holiday I cant recommend this villa highly enough, we will definitely be coming back next year! Sue & Barry Klein Gloucestershire
