A large landing leads to three large (double) bedrooms the master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with two singles in the second and third. When you arrive our team will have fully cleaned the villa, made all the beds and laid out bath and hand towels (just bring your beach towels). We will leave enough provisions to allow you to make a much needed cuppa after your long flight but there is nothing like arriving to fridges and cupboards packed with all the essentials. We can supply either our standard welcome pack or for a few more of lifes luxuries (including some very fine Cyprus wine) our deluxe welcome pack is very popular with guests.

Water supply protection: Despite having the highest density of reservoirs of any country in the world, during 2008 Cyprus water reserves dropped to a dangerously low 3% of capacity. Many faced prolonged water cuts and intermittent supply.

The villa was beautiful, location is great very peaceful. if you dont mind travelling as car is a must. The only downside was the pool wasnt clean so couldnt use it :( Quick drive away from the beach. Media left to watch is a nice touch. Not much around walking distance so def need to hire a car. Had a great holiday just shame about the pool. As was one of the reasons we choose the villa.

Directions from the airport were clear and accurate. Large clean and comfortable Villa as described in an area that is not built up. Small local shops within walking distance but would really recommend car hire as all other facilities (shops/pubs etc) are not within comfortable walking distance. Well equiped kitchen. Good stock of DVDs and board games. Nice patio area for relaxing and barbequing enjoys sun morning and afternoon and is lovely and shaded in the evening. Lovely pool but lacked communal sun-beds/seating around the pool. Excellent value for money, no hidden extras

A very large porperty with excellent facilities. On arrival the property was clean and well maintained. Although we had difficulty finding the property at first when we did we were not disappointed! Would recommend for a family or a group requiring a quiet break as the villa is in a quiet area. The pool area was excellent and a great place to relax and again very quiet! Highly recommended and excellent value for money.

Second stay at the villa and another fantastic holiday in Cyprus. The garden looks great now and we were surprised by how big the palms have grown in a year. The kids loved all the new DVDs and the TV in the bedroom is a nice touch. We crossed the border and visited Northern Cyprus this time and whilst we got hopelessly lost on the way back it was worth the trip. Its completely different to the South.... really feels like a different county. The villa is perfectly located to explore the whole island and you can count on us returning. Thanks

Hi Craig, We had an excellent stay at the villa and found it to be very spacious and well maintained. The only suggestion we could give is that the kitchen be stocked with items such as garbage bags, tin foil and plastic wrap. We did purchase these items and left the remainder of them at the villa. But it seemed silly to need to purchase these items for such limited use. This is a very minor detail however! We enjoyed the pool and the BBQ and truly had a wonderful stay. The location of the villa was just perfect. A very convenient location from which to experience the island. Thank you! Ian and Tanya

Thanks for enquiring about our recent holiday in your villa in Pyla. The accomodation was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was most welcoming particularly in view of us staying during a very hot period We had a car,as i mentioned earlier, for the most part and managed to see quite a lot of the island on this occasion. The pool and barbecue we also made use of and felt we left the villa in a tidy condition. We appreciated you accomodating us at such short notice. Regards from Anita,Paul & family
Owner reply:

Many thanks - you were the perfect guests and are welcome back anytime

Had a fantastic break thanks, the villa was what we expected. Had some problems with the TV but they were fixed within a day, so no complaints there. The board games were a nice touch and came in handy a few nights when we decided not to venture out.
Owner reply:

Thanks JohnGreat to have you stay, come back anytimeCraig

A lovely break this time in the Cyprus sunshine added to by a lovely villa. We have rented privately in the past and been very disappointed. Last time we stayed in Cyprus we ended up with an apartment without air conditioning, I will never make that mistake again (air con in every room this time was a real blessing). This villa was spot for all our needs. Thanks for your help - hoping to stay for longer later in the year - any chance of a discount (for a repeat customer?).
Owner reply:

Thanks NickCome back anytimeCraig & Denise

Thanks for sorting this at short notice, even though the stay was a short one this time the villa was perfect. I didnt get chance to use the pool but everything else was lovely (a lot bigger than I expected too).
Owner reply:

Thanks DeniseGlad you had a fab holidayCraig

Although the property itself was good there were many things that let it down. Unable to eat outside due to damanged garden furniture. No coathangers in wardrobes. Only saucepans, crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. No basic serving items, chopping board etc. In fact, empty cupboards. No basic items to make a drink when we arrrived late at night - informed afterwards that we should have requested this. Not automatic. TV not working.
Owner reply:

Roger,I think you have been a little unfair rating the villa as 1 star just because you forgot to request a welcome pack. Despite the fact that you specifically said you didnt want one I still arranged for mineral water to be in the fridge and for coffee and tea to be provided so its obviously very disapointing to see this message. I will arrange for a chopping board to be purchased and I will ask the property management team to inspect the garden furniture (although it is all less that 8 months old). I am very sorry you did not have a 100% perfect stay.Happy TravelsCraig

A nice place to live, a lovely pool and nice surroundings, but you need a car because it is far awayfrom shopping and beach. Good accommodation for the price
Fantastic holiday, thanks
Scots away Rotherham South YorksReview Submitted: August 5, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008The villa was ideal for families. It is nicely furnished and more than adequate. The TV is virtually unwatchable, there was no signal at all, but a satellite has been installed with some English channels including BBC news, etc. No DVD to watch. The communal pool was very nice indeed and there were no other holiday makers on the site, so it was very quiet. You must have a car. It is easy to get anywhere though from this location. All in all, it was a very nice villa to rent.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children
Owner reply:

The TV has been replaced and a new DVD player also installed along with a small library of movies in English.

"Hi Craig, just wanted to stay thanks for making sure we had a lovely holiday in Cyprus. The villa was perfect and exactly as you described. The welcome pack was a nice touch and the cup of tea after a long journey was very gratefully recieved - we will be back for a week next year", Jennifer Harding & family
