This stylish apartment is situated in the ever popular Holmes Place development in Peyia. The apartment benefits from private pool and enclosed garden allowing privacy from the rest of the complex.


Holmes Place is a quiet collection of fourteen apartments located in the village of Peyia. This stylish and modern apartment has its very own private garden and private pool.

The apartment itself enjoys a spacious lounge area with contemporary corner sofa and Silver TV (with Satellite), a breakfast bar area next to modern kitchen with beech units, black granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom and 2 double sized bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and glass blocks as features (now with blinds fitted), the master having a king-sized bed and the other which opens out on to the sun terrace being a twin.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a sun terrace to the front and an enclosed private garden and pool to the side. The private garden has been carefully planned with mature plants and landscaping and enjoys panoramic views of the Peyia hillside. There is plenty room for sun loungers, tables and chairs and a BBQ which makes it the perfect setting for alfresco dining. The centrepiece of the garden is a lovely 5m x 3m swimming pool with adjacent pool shower which in itself, has been beautifully enclosed with a stone cubicle.

The apartment also has use of the large 12m x 6m communal pool with has good space for sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy. There is a small splash-pool for children too.

Wi-Fi/internet is included in the rental rate


The development is set on the hillside within the picturesque village of Peyia with the heart of the village only a 10 minute walk away. Full of atmosphere, Peyia offers several coffee shops, supermarkets and a variety of quaint taverns for all tastes. Peyia provides residents with a warm welcome and a real taste of Cyprus while being only a mile from the blue flag beach resort of Coral Bay, which boasts the best beaches in this unspoilt corner of the country.

The complex is easy walking distance (330-600m) from 2 shops, a bakery, a fitness centre, 2 restaurants and a bar.

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, Reptile Park, Horse Riding, Akamas Nature Reserve & Lara Beach, Hiking/Walking, Buggy Safaris, 4 x 4 Safaris, Sea Caves area, Sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the can ski!

**Please note that this property can be accessed at any after 3pm on the day of arrival so dont worry if you have a late flight. There is a keybox which we will provide a code for. We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed. Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials for your arrival.**

Great having the plunge pool to ourselves. The kitchen was fantastic, and the rest of the house was comfortable enough. The best thing about the property was the location. It was great to be within walking distance of the village, and only a short distance by car from Coral Bay. Id be tempted to come again!

We had a great time - weather was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for our needs! It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped - the only problem we had was trying to open the key safe in the dark as it was late at night when we arrived, but apart from that we were more than happy. We would recommend the local Brewery Bar and excellent Constantines bakery all within easy walking distance. A car is a must to reach Coral Bay where there are plenty of bars and good restaurants to choose from.The supermarket, Phillipos, in Coral Bay was very reasonably priced and catered for everything we needed. We enjoyed a beach safari (quad bikes and beach buggy) exploring some unspoilt beaches at Lara and St Georges Bay organised by Akamas in Coral Bay. Would highly recommend this as a day out for the family - really good value and alot of fun! Also had a lovely day out at Latchi and Polis and then travelled through the spectacular mountains enjoying the goats on our way to Katos Pyrgos. We have no complaints at all - excellent communications from start to finish and would happily book another holiday with yourselves in the future. Beautiful location easily accessible, easy for access to bars restaurants and sights but far enough away to be peaceful. A trip up into the mountains to the Adonis falls is a must but a bit bumpy on the road! Kato Paphos is great, lots of great seaside restaurants. Thanks again, much appreciated"
