Villa Astipalea is located on the east cost of the island.It is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa that has recently been renovated. All three bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom with king sized bed is en-suite and the other bedrooms which are both twins (with 2 single beds in each) share a family bathroom. The master bedroom shares a balcony with one of the twin rooms and overlooks the pool. Downstairs is open plan comfortable spaces with kitchen, dining area and comfy lounge with two leather sofas. There are two patio doors that open out to the pool area. Gates isolate the pool and the garden from the parking area. Be sure that you get the personal holiday. The pool is 8 x 4 metres and it’s just 8 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach at Ayia Triada (Trinity beach) and a little further in the other direction to the Golden Coast beach hotel. Ten minute walk you will find Kapparis this beautiful area is very famous for its restaurants, cafes and pubs.

A lovely private garden with plenty of space and a large Cypriot style stone built BBQ which is great for cooking outside. There's outside dining for 6 people with sun umbrella and six sun loungers, pool and garden lighting if you sitting outside late in the evening.

Although plenty of street parking is available there is a driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.

The villa is located in Ayia Triada near Kapparis, a beach resort on the East coast of Cyprus just north of Protaras /Pernera. Kapparis is 45 minute drive from Larnaca airport. An up-and-coming town yet quiet which has all the amenities of a bigger resort without the downsides. It’s only 10 minutes walk on the one direction to the safe sandy beaches and the same distance on the other to several restaurants and shops with more restaurants, bars and supermarkets in neighbouring Kapparis. Lovely beaches to choose from such as Malama bay or Ayia Triada (Trinity beach) is a family beach ideal for toddlers to play at the water’s edge safely. The beach has a small boat jetty which is always good for a stroll with the kids. Golden Coast beach is a little further on the way to Pernera area and is part of a large hotel offering all the normal facilities. You can drive and park at the beaches too if you've got too much to carry. All the beaches are sandy (perfect for paddling) but yet on the edges of the coves are rocky pools & caves to explore! The snorkelling is amazing. Malama and Ayia Triada are very well maintained with sun beds & umbrellas for hire.

Ayia Triada has several traditional restaurants offering local food and exceptional fish.

Kapparis is a very family friendly town counting several restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Cypriot & Greek European as well as bars. Supermarkets, cavas and even butchery are also some of the stores you can find there.
