We visited Villa Ammoyiali In February, the villa is absolutely outstanding, immaculate and very spacious. Every room has its own toilet, shower and balcony with table and chairs. Which was lovely to sit outside in the evening. Although Februarys weather was unpredictable, Some Days were very hot, and others it rained.
The swimming pool will be amazing in the summer months, as it’s not a heated pool it was quite cold when we were there, but that still didn’t stop the kids from going in.
The beach is minute walk away from the Villa, Although it’s not a beach you could lay on as it’s full of stones. It was however a beautiful view from the Villa.
I would highly recommend the car as there is some supermarkets and restaurants a half hour walk or a 5 to 10 minute drive away, but to get to the harbour and another days out you definitely need a car. The owner of the Villa is very nice he couldn’t be more helpful, on the night we arrive he left us bread, milk, eggs, cereal, cheese, coffee, tea and other stuff and first thing in the morning he came to introduce him self, with two bottles of wine, he came to clean the pool in the week, took out the rubbish away during the week. He told us if there’s anything just to call him, and he came to say goodbye on the day we left, he really is a lovely man, couldn’t have Made us feel any more welcome. We will definitely visit in the place again, but the best weather is between April and October, so will be going between them months next time.
Such a beautiful peaceful immaculate place to stay and we really enjoyed our time there thank you so much.
Sam, Katrina and family.

Dear Samuel, Many thanks for taking the time to write such a kind review. We are very pleased you liked the villa, the area and the hospitality of the owner. We appreciate that the villa is not in amongst bright lights of a tourist resort as such but many guests have enjoyed the easy and flat walk into the charm of Polis town with its authentic choice of places to eat and drink. The hotel next door (100m) offers lovely evening buffets and drinks watching the sunset also. A car is always recommended to get the most from a holiday in Cyprus as there is much to see and do but you definitely don't need to use it each time you leave the villa. We definitely hope to see you back soon. Many thanks again and best wishes.

We stayed at Villa Ammoyiali for a week to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with our family. Immaculately maintained and presented. This truly is a little piece of heaven. Set in a lovely quiet area surrounded by fruit trees, not overlooked. Amazing sunsets from top floor balconies or better still pour yourself a glass of wine, wander down to the beach and soak up the stunning unspoilt views. Swimming here in the warm sea is a must bring your water shoes. Giannis the owner was so welcoming. Bringing us wine, local delicacies as well as allowing us to pick pomegranates from trees in the garden, divine! A genuine lovely man who wants you to have a great holiday. We would love to return. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Review submitted by Stacey from Isle of Wight (Submitted: 12/06/2019) 'Thank you for another great holiday. The villa was beautiful, you can tell that a lot of work, thought and care went into building the property. When we arrived it was lovely and clean, the pool was definitely the highlight!! It was perfect, the temperature, the cleanliness - everything! The layout of the property was great too and the thought of the washing machine etc . Was a great idea, although we did not use it. We mainly used the outside area, which was just as great - enough tables and chairs and different areas to sit. By far my favourite villa out of three that we have booked with you! The location was great - close enough to all the amenities we needed. Moustakallis is lovely, food is good - but the staff definitely make it. Steni Watermill cafe is so cheap and good food! Also the Latchi water sports; hiring a boat out is always good fun! Absolutely satisfied with your service, faultless. A pleasure to deal with. The owner was very attentive, came to clean the pool every three days and made a ramp for my mums wheelchair - which we were ever so grateful for! ''.

Review submitted by Dimitris from Nicosia (Submitted: 04/08/2018) ''I have been meaning to send you our feedback since the moment we left the villa! Actually it would have been wiser (in regards to free time!) if I have send you comments on our last day at Ammoyiali! Nevertheless, our overall experience staying there created only positive and happy feelings. The property itself was as described in the website. Everything was brand new, sparkling clean and had all the necessary features and equipment for a relaxed holiday. The fact that it was located less than 5 minute walk to a sandy beach it’s a huge plus especially when having young children waking up early in the morning anxious for a swim! The pool had perfect depth and was crystal clean. We have tried several restaurants in the area and our favorite was the fish at Takkas beach restaurant. LetsRentOnline.Com being the agents from which we have rented the villa were very professional, easy to reach and prompt and accurate to our inquiries. Yiannis the manager / owner of the villa is very polite and generous as well as discrete. There were fresh fruits upon arrival as well as welcome package including milk, cheese, bread, water, wine and eggs in the fridge. For sure we will visit villa Ammoyiali again both because of its location and amenities as well as its supper helpful and polite manager Yiannis. Thank you LetsRentOnline.Com and Yiannis for a great holiday! Please use our comments on your website to assist other people enjoy their holiday as much as we have enjoyed ours! Best Regards, Dimitris ''.
