A one bedroom first floor apartment with a poolside balcony and covered terrace situated just a couple of minutes walk to the seafront and main beach in kato paphos.
The apartment is in a small gated complex tucked away off the main road with a large variety of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops within a stones throw away.
From the apartment the harbour area is an easy 15 minutes level stroll away either along the picturesque coastal path or Poseidonos Avenue passing shops, restaurants and tavernas along the way.
New listing for 2018, having just been redecorated and with all new bright and modern furnishings Olympian pool view apartment is a great place to enjoy your stay in paphos.
The apartment has oversized ceiling fans in both the lounge and bedroom as well as a wall mounted fan in the bathroom combined with shutters and retractable sun awnings to help stay cool throughout the hottest summer months.
For guest comfort however, air conditioning is being installed the end of May for those that are used to much colder climates.
The lounge is equipped with a new modern sofa bed **see comments at end of description regarding sleeping set up for sofa bed as well as a comfortable patchwork chair, a 32 inch flat screen TV and wireless internet is also available.
The bright colourful kitchen has all new appliances to include new electric oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above, new fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and is fully equipped with all manner of cooking essentials.
The bedroom which has sliding patio doors to the front covered terrace has a king size bed, dimmable lighting, stylish glass dressing shelving with mirror, double built in wardrobes providing ample hanging space shelving and drawers.
The bathroom is equipped with bath with overhead shower, WC, his and hers sink units with storage drawers below and illuminated vanity mirror with further storage behind. The apartment has been fitted with a pressurised water system so no dribbly showers!
The external areas are a great feature of the apartment with a front terrace furnished in a traditional Cypriot style with a covered pergola, granite table, taverna style chairs and Greek columns with plants sitting atop. This provides welcome shade from the heat of the sun in the summer months but also enables al fresco dining in the winter season on those very rare days with rain showers. The poolside balcony has a marble table with seating for 2 and also features a retractable sun awning.
The location is excellent with the seafront and main beach in kato paphos just a few minutes walk away, a large variety of all types of restaurants, bars and shops within moments and pafos harbour an easy 15 minute level stroll away.
The apartment is NOT located in the very large area of new apartments, townhouses and villas known as Universal which is inland either a long walk or car/bus journey away from the seafront, harbour, restaurants and amenities. Location is key in choosing your holiday rental. I have included several google map screenshots amongst the pictures so you know the exact location of the apartment. I have seen many other apartments with a generic location which I know to be quite far away from that indicated which I think is misleading and unfair. The excellent position of the apartment to the seafront and all amenities is a key feature.
