Beverly Hills Villa is a large, new, spacious detached 2 bedroom villa which sleeps up to 6 guests with ease. Quality furnishings throughout and fully fitted kitchen. Balconies off both bedrooms with stunning mountain views. Large outside terrace areas with sea and mountain views
This villa is furnished to a high quality. Large open plan lounge/dining area with fully fitted kitchen. Downstairs cloakroom with stairs leading to 2 spacious bedrooms both with balconies with stunning views of the mountains. Large family bathroom equipped with overhead shower. Ample wardrobe space provided in both bedrooms. Fully air conditioned throughout (included in rental charge). Bed linen and towels provided by the owner.
Outside you will find a large tiled terrace area surrounding the villa. Here you will find patio dining table and chairs with outside portable bbq. Loungers are also provided together with an outsidshower area. Car parking at the side of the villa is also provided. Views from the terrace of the Mediterranean Sea and the village of Oroklini. Stunning views of the mountain to the back of the property can also be enjoyed.

Oroklini is a traditional Cyprus village on the outskirts of Larnaca, which has been extended over the past few years but which still retains its old charm and fabulous taverns. It is a mainly residential area which is occupuied by an equal mix of Cypriots and British ex-pats. The village is well supplied with amenities and offers a range of shops, inlcuding a fabulous 24 hour bakery, a supermarket, a bank, a chemist, and an animal range with horse and donkey rides. The village also boasts a range of fine tavernas. A five minute drive away you will find the beaches which have been endowed with the internationally recognised Blue Flag Award, and on which you can arrange a large variety of water sports including sailing, paragliding, water skiing, jet-biking, banana-rides, wind-surfing and pedaloes.
Larnaca town centre is 10 minutes away by car, with its promenade and marina. It has an abundance of fine shops, department stores and an international Carrefourres cash and carry.It is well supplied with restaurants, particularly in the Mackenzie Beach area. Visit the ancient church of St Lazarus with the tomb of St Lazarus, the Fort, and local museum, and a further 20 mins drive takes you to Choirokoitia with an 8000 year old stone age village-a World Heritage site, and the spectacular Governors Beach.
Ayia Napa and Protaris
Ayia Napa is 20 minutes East by car, where you will find a large number of Golden sandy beaches, and the huge variety of acclaimed nightlife. Visit Cape Greko, take a boat trip and view the ghost town of Famagusta, or travel to the resort of Protaris further round the coast.
Nicossia, the capital city and still divided since the 1974 invasion, is a 30-40 minutes drive inland.
This villa is ideally located for the discerning traveller who wants to travel around the area and have a varied holiday. Visit the tourist beaches, shop in Larnaca, visit a variety of cultural sites, and yet stay in a quiet village setting where you can enjoy fine local food and wine. The village, unlike the tourist resorts, is open all year round and therefore makes an ideal base for a mid or low-season break.

The property is as described The house itself is modern & roomy with everthing needed for a holiday . Two suggestions - to invest in a decent ariel and modern television, the one provided has extremely poor reception. I would dispense with the hot tub as this needs regular cleaning especially as it is standing warm water in the heat. I would imagine similar to a swimming pool. It certainly was not cleaned during our stay. The patio area is very sparse and offers little shade or interest Apart from the initial introduction for the key there was no contact with the management of the property. The mobile signal is very poor for O2 and most of the time we had no signal it is a good job we did not need anything, although it would have been a courtesy to ask if everything was ok the following day. There was no cleaning or laundering service offered (bedlinen). Though some may not want to pay for this some would. Fine as a base.
Fine house, though with less privacy than we guessed from the pictures. We (family of four)were without water on the 1st and part of the 2nd day after our arrival, until the caretaker came and switched on the pumps. In the meantime, we could not wash, use the yacuzzi or do the laundry etc, which was not pleasant, considering we had paid over 400 GBP for the week. The pictures of the interior were cosier than the actual rooms turned out to be. The promised hairdryer was nowhere to be found, so my hair was a mess for the week. But we slept well and enjoyed the communal swimming pool, to which we resorted for showers. Oroklini is a pleasant village, we actually bought a place ourselves there last week.
A very well equipped villa, comfortable, with a south facing patio. The area is quiet and although there is some building work close by it did not disturb us and will no doubt soon be finished. The village has some excellant tavernas and a very well equpped Supermarket. There is also an Internet facility in the village. The agents met us as planned and were most helpful during our stay. Having previously stayed in an Hotel in Larnaca i found the Villa to be far more relaxing and enjoyable and would certainly choose it again.
A spacious, well equipped villa in a quiet location. The only thing that would better the property would be a private pool. The shared pool was adequate but not as convenient.
the property was just a described, it was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. the property was nice and clean when we arrived and anything we needed during our stay was seen to perfectly.
