Stayed Sunday 15 September 2013 with Family
Location was very good, near beaches, restaurants and bars. Overall the apartment was very good but I lowered the rating for the following reasons. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per person and they were thin and obviously well used. I do not want to spend a holiday washing towels every day. In addition there were 3 lights in the living room/kitchen area but only 1 worked so the kitchen was dark in the evenings. The shower curtain was very smelly, we would drape it out the bathroom window to prevent the smell permeating the entire apartment. The shower head was broken and could not be adjusted to suit. All of theses things are probably the responsibility of the management company and could be fixed at minimal cost. This would greatly enhance the star rating. My final point would be that I did not like the preponderance of "do not" notices around the property. These included not putting paper down the toilet, not having air con at less than 24 degrees (almost impossible to sleep at that temperature if you live in the uk), not overfilling the fridge, not getting locked out, not leaving anything behind, not resetting the satellite tv. All of theses sternly advised of financial penalties should we break these rules. APart from the air con I do not object to being advised of what standards were expected of guests as I Am a landlord and realise that not all guests are careful but having these warning notices plastered around the property is not very welcoming and not something I have experienced anywhere else. IT would be sufficient to leave this info in the booklet provided. If theses small issues were addresses end I would have no hesitation in recommending this property

The location is good. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. And if you dont like walking in the summer heat (like us with small kids) you can drive all the way to the edge of Nissi-beach if you manage to find the off-road path leading to the parking place behind Rondavel snack bar. The wifi broadband connection is excellent. The swimming pool is ok (no shade). But who wants to spend time in a pool if Nissi beach is nearby. What we did not like was the cheapish tableware and the lack of drinking glasses (there was just one). All in all, this apartment offers good value for money if you want to spend (beach) time in this part of Cyprus. Also important, the whole process of booking and payment through RentalSystems was excellent.
One word to describe it - perfect!
Excellent apartment. Clean and nice swimming pool. Very good location of the apartment, just a few minutes walk to Nissi Beach, restaurants and shops.
