There is also a seperate office area for those who still need to work a little whilst away with Internet facility at hand! Z bed available for 7th guest at small charge. Separate downstairs WC, patio doors leading from lounge to the pool & outside terrace area.
FIRST FLOOR has 3 double bedrooms all with lovely views!
The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, 20" flat screen TV & DVD player, chill out and watch a movie in bed. Hair dryer, tongs, security safe, A/C, his n hers wardrobes, also a fabulous open plan 2 person en-suite Jacuzzi/bath tub, this room also has its own private covered balcony with lovely sea & rural views, an ideal spot to have a glass of chilled wine & watch the sun go down!
2nd guest room has a superb metal framed King Size bedstead, its own private balcony with great sea & mountain views, hair dyer, A/C, double wardrobe, this room has use of a shared family bathroom.
3rd Guest Bedroom has twin beds these can be pushed together and made up as K.S if you prefer, A/C, ample storage space, hair dryer & lovely sea views with use of a shared family bathroom.
OUTDOORS there is off road parking for 2 cars, private, fully fenced & secure garden, Large chimney BBQ, 6 garden chairs, 6 sun loungers, parasols, swinging hammock, a large 10x5mtr private pool with Roman steps for easy access & pool side shower with South East facing aspect provides all day sunshine!Pool now has Multi-Coloured interchanging lights for the WOW factor!An ideal location for an unforgettable relaxing holiday!

Outside this villa in Mandria, CyprusThis villa is in the countryside and in a quiet area near the beach. It has a pool, a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a garden. Car hire is recommended as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
