Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment, 4 Single Beds, 2 Sofa Beds, Self-Catering, Sleeps up to 6 Adults, 4 Single Beds.
Car advised due to buses being infrequent!
Close to Paphos Airport and Paphos Town. (15km) Additionally very close to Aphrodite Hills (Championship), Secret Valley and Tsada Golf Courses.
Coral Bay, Mandria Village, and a variety of lovely towns and villages are all a short distance away. There is so much to see if you fancy keeping up on your History. Alternatively, if relaxing is your thing then you will be equally at home as Coral Bay is about 20km away.
There is a Communal Pool with a smaller Children's Pool. Also there is a children's play area around the corner. It is set in a nice and quiet location. Available for both Summer and Winter Rental. Children are Welcome and there is 1 blow-up bed suitable for 2-5 year old's.
Smokers are welcome but please smoke on the balconies and not in the apartment.
TV is only linked to the DVD Player and does NOT provide any channels.
No WIFI at this time - local WIFI is available in the local Tavernas to patrons.
Very close to Aphrodite Hills championship golf course, Secret Valley (which is about to undergo a massive regeneration by Lee Trevino to make 2 x18 hole courses) ELEA Golf Course which is designed by Nick Faldo!
Additionally, Tsada course which was the 1st in this area.
The people are very friendly and helpful. They are family-orientated so children are welcome practically everywhere at any time.
Cuisine is very varied and Paphos has everything from Greek, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Lebanese, Mexican right through to Macdonalds, KFC amongst others.
With 9000 years of legend and history there is much to enchant you. Mountainous villages, crystal clear waters, sandy beaches, green valleys and beautiful landscapes, all bathed in sunshine for around 340 days each year.
Night clubs with good live music, discos and a variety of bars are some of the entertainment choices that can be found in all towns and tourist resorts.
In the winter months, snow skiing facilities are available at the Troodos mountain resorts.
Doctors and dentists, both specialists and general practitioners, are available everywhere and their fees are quite low compared to European standards.
A car is recommended but there is a bus service into Paphos but it can be infrequent and there is no bus service at night. Taxis are aplenty and are reasonably priced but it is advisable to ask for a price first.
Driving in Cyprus is easy, especially as they drive on the left. The A6 motorway is only a few minutes away and this will take you from east to west of Cyprus.
There is always something to do or somewhere to go. For car hire there are a lot of websites and rental companies, one that I have used and have found to be competitively priced is CY-Breeze in Paphos.

Had a great holiday at this apartment .In a very quiet location for a relaxed Cypriot village .apartment is fully fitted out with all amenities if you want to self cater for yourself.Spotlessly clean with air con in bedrooms and living area but lovely breeze when balcony doors open .swimming pool great for kids
A really nice, comfortable apartment. Not by any means basic, in fact probably the best we have had in Cyprus. The DVD player helped to pass time in the evenings. Also the inclusion of a washing machine was a real bonus. Very close to the village, but you really need a car for the beach when it’s hot.
Now everywhere has “bad points”, but all we can come up with is the small mirror in the bathroom, which makes it hard to shave. Would bet that the owner has a beard, or uses an electric razor!

Upon arrival the apartment was clean and tidy with all amenities listed in good working order and all of the facilities were able to be located quickly. We were visiting relatives in Mandria and it seemed a great location to set down and have a base. The rooms were all airconditioned - and although one had generated a slight fault prior to arriving, it was quickly resolved with the help of the caretakers (Ian and Betty) across the way who were so helpful in assisting with local info and getting any questions answered and sorting the aircon out. The only recommendation I would make is that a microwave would be a great addition - especially if there are any children going as sometimes its easier to cook/heat bottles etc - so Richard if you see this - its a constructive point (and would be most useful!) The apartment has a great location - just a few minutes walk from the village that comes alive at night with a host of activies - mainly to do with the little tavernas and the restaurants. I would highly recommend a Pork Chop in Georges (on the left hand side on the way back out of the village towards the airport - just before the minimarket) its great value and is Huge!! All in all its a great place to be for a nice break and there are a host of things to do locally (although I would recommend that you hire a car) as it can get a bit warm waiting for buses - although I am sure that the taverna would be a good option if the wait was considerable in the heat.
As for the owner of the apartment - the booking was as smooth and as seamless - just what you would expect from a travel agency and it was a pleasure dealing with Richard - which made the whole experience a good one! I would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing break with a cultural experience on an Island that is truely spellbinding. If you have never been to Cyprus - make it your next trip and I guarantee youll want to be back!!!
Arrived to property which was only around a 5 - 10 minute drive from airport that only included approx 3 turns to arrive into the village. The property was very clean and in a very good condition. Its actually bigger than the pictures give away and is definetely big enough for a family. There were lots of extras that didnt have to be included like i pod dock, fold away seats and lots of dvds. The owner was also very helpful and was only at the end of the phone so i didnt need to go through a 3rd party agency that the property was advertised on. The property is in a nicely modernised village that is very quiet and very handy if your wanting some peace and quiet. The pool is also lovely and we seen it be cleaned very regulary. There are a few restaurants within the village that you can eat at night and even watch sports on and there is a small shop were you can buy your grouceries which also has an internet shop near. Only recomendation i would make is a hire car is nearly a must if you want to get about to paphos or elsewere. Thank you for a great apartment at an amazing price!!!
We were very pleased to be able to stay again at this property it is so convenient for seeing the family living near Paphos.
We would certainly book it again if we are over in Cyprus

Mandria Village Square is 5 min walk and has Tavernas and 1 Snack Bar with a new Bistro opening soon. There are 2 shops and a Community Hall. If Sport is your thing then there are lots of activities to do all year round. Golfers have the choice of 3 courses all within 15km and in winter Skiers can go to Troodos Mountain. Those interested in History have so many sites to visit that you may need to come back for more!! Coral Bay has a wonderful sandy beach and there is a Pebbled Beach about 15 mins walk away from the aparrtment. As a flavour of some of the most popular tourist attractions, you could try: APHRODITE BATHS, ADONIS BATHS, CORAL BAY, PAPHOS TOWN and HARBOUR, MOUNT TROODOS, PAPHOS DISTRICT ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM, BYZANTINE MUSEUM, TOMBS OF THE KINGS, THE MOSAICS OF PAPHOS, PAPHOS CASTLE, PAPHOS MEDIEVAL FORT and PETRA TOU ROMIOU for starters. SMOKERS ARE WELCOME WITH PROVISO THAT SMOKING IS KEPT TO OUTSIDE OR BALCONY AREAS PLEASE.
